Nice. I miss the sense of satisfaction construction gives wjen the jobs done. I did brick/block/stone for years but just a regular ole factory worker now. Its consistent(too damn consistent) and benefits are top notch. I build inverters for vehicles

Yes with out labor I would have a hard time going to bed with out a big dank blast.
The physical part is a perk for me and it keeps fat down.

I miss physical labor. But I had to follow the money.

science field ... lab work.... some above average bennies, decent pay, and tons of hot ass at work. Who knew sexy women had brains too?!? Lol

but being mentally drained sucks way worse than being physically beat. Physical labor is in my dna. That’s where the gym comes in handy.

All hot ones that where tight ass pants with amazing asses.
Kind of gets you off track when they come around smelling nice and complimenting work and giving that good morning smile.
Just lately the mask thing sucks ass.

Nice work bet you do pullups off the pipes @jolter, so no wonder you get a workout in while working LOL.

Years ago I did warehouse work until I was able to land jobs in IT...now I'm doing quite well as a systems administrator for a local hospital. Nice pay and some great perks.

gotta luv organized labor/unions. If we would all stick together everyone would get treated right for their services however theres still to many people who are willing to work for peanuts & undercut everyone else.

unions were strong around here until reagan & the union busters came through back in the 80s & now being a right to work state they have died off alot. KC is still pretty strong though.

definately a comfortable piece of mind having a union package with all the bennys. I would of been close to retiring from it if my union insur didnt refuse my wifes health conditions & call it prexisting. Now there is preexisting laws however we wernt so lucky at the time. So no retirement now for me. i will die will my tool belt on makin up for lost time & makin sure my kids live a comfortable life.
