It really isn’t that difficult.
Does it get challenging when you have been eating the same thing, month after month? You betcha.
But if you are a driven type personality, it isn’t really a big deal.
I have done tougher things in life when I didn’t have a choice.
It is what makes doing the difficult things by choice, easier.
99% of the people I encounter tell me that “it’s easy for you” but have no idea really, because they are excuse makers. The easy things for them are having easy “outs”.
Also, the fear no questioning of their integrity. They can say anything and not follow through. Doesn’t bother them in the slightest.
If I say I am going to do something, I do it. I fear looking like a flake far more than any physical discomfort.
Exactly! I love this lifestyle and enjoy the food I eat. It’s really just a part of who I am so don’t really think of it as being disciplined. Most people find it hard to be consistent in the gym but for me I have to force myself to take a rest day. When you enjoy it and it’s part of your routine you don’t even think about it.
