Cheat meal day: Habit Burger and Ice-cream. Live a little, right?
100%Regardless of whether it's a "disorder" or not. You seem to be pretty damn happy mentally and physically.
In today's world being responsible & accountable seams like a disorder. Is it a disorder knowing exactly what is in your bank account, your credit card limit, how much you can spend without going into debt by looking at the cost of everything you buy on a daily basis? Not really, but you get called out by people who do not know any of the above and spend money way above their balance not knowing the cost of anything they buy.
Is that example any different with food?
Would be like saying why can't you enjoy life by going into debt. Live a little. lol
we got one guy thats 300 lean but cant figure out how to use a camera and one the judges said is too big to be a pro bodybuilder so we're almost thereSo no pro card holders yet. Got it
Competed for the first time this year. Currently in my off season. I enjoyed my thanksgiving dinner with no reservations. Ate normal foods earlier in the day like always but had what I wanted at dinner. One meal and some dessert isn’t going to kill 364 days of habits. I live my life how I see fit and don’t say shit or preach to anybody in my family. How many of you compete?
How many of you that compete act like little cunts at holiday festivities with your family cuz “MUH macros bruh” ?
How many of you diet nazis have pro cards or win competitions?
How many of you who actually allow yourself the American privilege of overeating and stuffing your face amongst your family members during holidays have ever attributed that very thing directly to your failures to win or achieve goals in the gym?
How many of you boring ass holiday food nazis think that you’re more disciplined and better than the other guys who don’t behave that way?
Lol
Let her rip in 3, 2, 1…..

Names please. C'mon.....we got one guy thats 300 lean but cant figure out how to use a camera and one the judges said is too big to be a pro bodybuilder so we're almost there
Amazingly the bodyfat of said bodybuilder claimed was over 300lbs would have had him in the negatives after his latest level of cut, in which he wasn't very lean. lol Guess he's Ronnie Coleman.Names please. C'mon.....

I’ll apply my logic to that standard then.Is it a disorder knowing exactly what is in your bank account, your credit card limit, how much you can spend without going into debt by looking at the cost of everything you buy on a daily basis? Not really, but you get called out by people who do not know any of the above and spend money way above their balance not knowing the cost of anything they buy.

100% Truth.I’ll apply my logic to that standard then.
Being financially responsible I’ll liken to eating within your means. When people complain that ground turkey is xxx$ a pound and I go through 4lbs a day, does not reflect the financial responsibility you’re referring to. They are causing that tax upon themselves.
Eating excessive calories a day falls more into the I have $$$ so I can sustain that spending because “this physic” is the tangible result. Much like having a big house, sports cars and whatever. And I’m better than you because I can afford it.
Like wise not giving a shit about your credit or income and spending what you don’t have, does, I’ll agree, reflect the shitty eating comparison.
This is a silly conversation. We all know that we eat weird, c’mon. We got guys pushing 50+ iu insulin daily so they can eat
4-5-6k+ calories. And the food is really shit. White rice, cereal, boiled chicken breast, fucking whey (who’d normally drink that shit) on and on.
Bigarexia is real lolz.
Yea I’ll be doing another one. Probably early fall again. That’s gives me a 9 month runway for an offseason. That's the way to go.
Planning a show for next year?
No doubt you'll have plenty of time to prep and make some good changes so you can nail it!Yea I’ll be doing another one. Probably early fall again. That’s gives me a 9 month runway for an offseason.
Names please. C'mon.....
no cuz theyre both prob bigger than me regardless but its the pit so i talked shit
Many do! That guy is jacked af.@StadaGear is an IFBB Pro, and I can confirm he eats machaca burritos on prep.
That would be me.Names please. C'mon.....
It really is genetics in his case. I mean he busts his ass in the gym tooMany do! That guy is jacked af.
People also need to realize using a pro as the justification to be ridiculously strict with diet is a poor argument. One of the major differences between pros and amateur competitors is simply genetics. With superior genetics you can get away with eating less strictly than someone with poor genetics. So, if anything, the argument would be geared toward the non pro guy with suck ass genetics and the things that come with it.
Missed my point entirely. Assuming all other factors are equal. Didn't think that needed to be said since it's obvious. It really is genetics in his case. I mean he busts his ass in the gym too
To quote Bolan:So, if anything, the argument would be geared toward the non pro guy with suck ass genetics and the things that come with it.
False. That stada guy has “ifbb pro” in his signature.
But okay. Ask @Killionb12 if he religiously tracks every macro and weighs every ounce of food to a T year round.
I track my food and measure everything daily but I do allow myself in different phases of competition prep like a growth phase to have off plan meals. Like yesterday for Thanksgiving I didn’t track anything and ate what I want. Now if I’m in dieting for competition prep I’m 100% on plan and eat only what’s on plan even at family events or holidays. I have missed birthday dinners, Easter meals, anniversary meals, etc over the years. I definitely feel having that mental break from always eating on plan is a good thing. Just has to be at the right time. But to answer your question no I’m not on plan 100% year round!

That's strong discipline right there. Now like CoachCabo said most of those off plan meals are accounted for but definitely not all of them especially in an off-season format. I might have a handful of unplanned meals throughout a growth phase but always being mindful when and what I’m eating when I do. Will adjust other meals throughout the day to accommodate it when I do. It’s a balance like I said and I’m not a top pro that is fighting for a top 10 spot at Olympia and it’s not my career.
