Cap vial after filling

Any home brewers cap there own vials?

I’m professionally familiar with aseptic pharmaceutical compounding.

I was thinking it would be easier to fill sterile vials with a micropipet and the cap with sterile caps using sterile instruments in a laminar flow hood.
