Went with in & out it was fantastic. Low day today and it seems like a cup of rice equals 1 sushi thing.

You had to mention Sushi …. All you can eat is usually my cheat meal but since I’m gaining anyway, that will be lunch. I like the Nigiri type sushi or just sashimi : Toro(fatty tuna) is the best ! They also have hibachi food so , I always get a combo of Shrimp,Steak,Chicken and veges with some inside-out stuffed rolls(they are all fish and crab and shrimp without any Nori(seaweed paper). I don’t mind seaweed but it’s so good just fresh fish , a dab of WASAAAAABI Love it

Sounds like a place we have.i love teak and scallops and order a sushi platter too.i rather the nigiri

Oh look at that sushi yum but no not in the plan.
Off by a day but got legs in. Tren kicked in shirt was wet last night

Good freaking morning all! Felt strong as fuck this morning. Tried some different machines out today and it was awesome. Going over posing video right now and going to huck my iPad at something. Fucking lean forward on the side relaxed idiot. 4 am may not be the best time to judge myself. looks like I have a little more fat on the lower back and ass still to come off. I got nervous this week that was a new feeling.

Got a update on the old meal plan last night. It's kinda fun getting them and figuring out what he cut out. It's not a lot but looks like low day dinner carbs are gone.

Yep. The changes should be underlined on the new doc I send you, if it's not let me know but, Couple small tweaks.

You have an extra low day in your rotation, meal 1 and 2 on high days changed.

Meals 1,4,6 on low days changed.

Crunch time buddy. Let's finish it.

Nice pump this morning, still feeling pretty good. Didn't lose any strength today. Heading out to OKC for a couple day so trying to find a gym. Flight is delayed and I am too cheap to pay for a carry on so I double layered clothes. It was snowing outside so I was good but now waiting for the plane it's hot as hell. Dumb

Back home finally, OKC is weird. All the highways are labeled to take you to a city in the next state. Late training to day and phone is dying will update the log later. Was running low on clen and winny so dialed up SBlabs and bam showed up. He even threw in some anavar for me! Love that guy.

Got to check in today sitting at 212 lbs. Still feel pretty good with good muscle rounds this morning. Oh yeah I do cardio also but it sucks and I don't want to talk about it.
