Freaking felt amazing this morning. Had a little inflammation in my knee earlier this week. Wife gave me some ibuprofen or something and cleared right up. Thought about 3 plates on the pendulum but maybe next time. Cardio still sucks balls.

Busy weekend had to fix my uncle's deck cause he decided to add a BBQ will stone on it and didn't update the structure under it. Dumb!
When shopping with the wife and dog at Costco picking up food - prices suck now a days. I haven't been to a store in forever.
Meals have been updated. I love how Monte changed just a little bit at a time and in a week you can see changes. Dudes a magician, I get the concept but to experience it is just amazing. Can't thank him enough.

Right now I just shave my arms and chest, but I cheat and use an electric razor to just get a close shave but not as smooth as a straight razor. I've tried nair before but last time it like burned the back of my arms, left little scabs so won't be using that again

As a hairy chest and back beast I am. My ex had the awesome idea to Nair my back one day. That shit chemically burned my skin that showering for the next week was a intensely painful experience. Never again will I use Nair.

I use Nair on my legs and arms.

My chest I'll use a "oneblade". My back I have a shitty man groomer that pulls hair like a mf but it's the only way I can reach.

When I'm getting ready for tan, my wife will do my back with a oneblade. They're pretty awesome.

Nair can burn you if you're not using it regularly. It doesn't bother my legs and arms though.

Well second low day and I think I was so called flat and skinny this morning. Skin is loose kinda at belly. Noticably weaker on lifts. Then Creed picked up the pace on cardio this morning. I got a leash that wraps around my waist and he just kept pulling my weak ass. 8 more weeks tell game time

Haha glad I shaved early found out I have a little break out on my upper thigh and below the belly button. Wife gave me some cream hopefully that clears it up.
Loose skin sucks. Taking my check in pics and posing noticing that belly skin is getting thin but if I don't suck it in it kinda flops over the posing trunks. Posing mistakes in back double not pressing out the behind leg enough. Front relax if I squeeze my chest to much it just disappears. And facial features looks like I have to take a shit every pose. Gotta clean that up.

Oh I have everything on a secured drive on my phone. Posing pics, blood work, meals, training and vids. I do move off the gym floor to plug in my numbers.. my handwriting sucks also it would be like trying to read Monte's hieroglyphics. Hahaha

Thanks man. Yes 6'4" used to be taller but old age shrinks you a bit. I have only been using and training properly for about 3 years since I came here. Wish I would have started in my 30's and not gotten fat.
