If you haven't run npp or any other 19nor before then it would be a good idea to at least have some caber on hand. Typically for most, keeping e2 controlled is enough to keep prolactin at bay but it would suck to run into issues and have nothing to combat it. Pharma grade is the only way to go with Caber. You can get away with using RC companies for most ancillaries but Caber is delicate and not stable in liquid form. PSL carries pharm grade caber
Only blood work will really give you a keen indication if it's necessary or not.. I normally just treat the symptoms I feel when my prolactin serum gets high, I notice delayed time with cumming, sometimes I can't at all, I'll feel sluggish at times.. Even when I have my estro in check my prolactin can get off the charts..Here's some of my blood work from sometime back, here you can see My free test is at a decent level, estro is within normal range , everything looks fine, but prolactin..and estro was in check so how can that be?!?!?! Some 19-nors will just do that regardless if you have estro in check..

MMAbeast, who's NPP and TPP are you running. I ask because you posted this thread in our sub forum so I wasn't sure if you were running our gear or not but I know we don't offer TPP so just curious.
