Yes bud it’s getting better everyweek infinalky Csn do lateral raises with lighter DBs with my weak shoulder so cross your fingers man posted on your Log juzt know I’ll update this workout later man thank you so much for your support it means a lot after all the hell I’ve been through this past summer your my dear friend alwsys and if do anything for you man! Broken leg felt a little better this morning due to the weather changing it was still sore in some instances,it bothered me when i done Leg Extensions I could feel the rod in my leg ache when I was raise the leg

Hey y’all update ,i had a bad accident on thanksgiving morning and totaled my truck sent to ER got. Pretty bad concussion and whiplash and the impact bruised me all over I hit a light pole took my eyes off the road one second and turned around band hit the pole solid head on!! It totaled my truck I met on to work thst njght but had to leave for a CT scan and MRI so I didn’t work Friday or all last week and had to stay out of the gym as well,on top of that I tested postitive for Covid and s sinus infection so I had to deal with all 3 things last week i came back to work yes but should’ve stayed at home ansd im missing the gym so bad doct told me not to be driving anymore this week so i think I’m gonna stay home through Friday and at lease go to the gym tomorrow and Thursday and Friday it’s been a tough ass 2 weeks

Morning bro! Gonna go to the gym this morning and see if it will help some of my bruised muscles and have a doctors appt at 8:30am hopefull she will release me havet worked in 2 weeks and I’m ready to get back to the gym!!! I’ll update y’all on my new workout and be cycle
