Thanks bud finally back at it after all the shit I’ve been through lately!! Bee a rough ass 6 months and ones I’d like to forget !!! But I’m having to make myself to start back in the gym but it’s getting easier everyday see I work the 2nd shift from 2:30pm-10:45pm and it’s hard to go to sleep till 2 or 3am after I wind down so I get up at 5 am and drink coffee and get ready and hit the gym at 6:30-7:00 am I’m tired but I make myself go but hopefull it Will HWy easier ,my boss on first shift retires in January and I might get first shift from 7:00 -2:00pm I’d like it bettsr

Man I just always went before work when on 3nd shift

I work from 2:30pm-10:45pm and it tasks me till 3 am to go to sleep so I get up at 5am and go to the gym come home and eat and take a nap and it’s getting old !!! But I get a promotion in January inget the first shift from 7am-2:30pm so that’s much better for me

No workout the Last 2 days going though some bad shit inhad to file bankruptcy and lost one of my trucks and that’s been driving me nuts and under so much pressure money wise and tomorrow it is final over the judge signs it yes it’s Elmo it inhave good friends here and talk understand and will stand behind me I juzt need some support from all my friends im having to start all over and it’s just hard to go and workout with all th stress I’m under I plan to go tomorrow God willing that’s ks to all my friends and brothers on here die being with me I love y’all

Still didn’t go today juzt not into it I have bad sleep apnea and my machine don’t work ans I’m so tired all day and inwamma sleep all day and I’m up all night so last night I went to a sleep disorder center and got my self fixed so I could function during the day and sleep at night so Monday morning I’m stays new workout and everything so hopefully this motivates me
