For many days..We figured out why I stayed sore in December so much..It wasn't the gym at all..Yesterday,I was up at 7am till 11pm...Too much for my body to handle with Everything going ON..
I'd work 6 or 8 hrs at work and in bed by 8:30 and hardly able to move the next DAY..back in December..
So...I just can't be on my feet that many hours Now...
BUT
I'll be back after some needed procedures.
Z...

Well i doing just a 3 day spilt this week to let my shoulder rest one more week beifrehitrijg it hard again come Monday I’ll go back to my 5 days spilt don’t wanna rush things cause I went through so much pain

Sorry and My Condolences for you & your family . Now, the positive part is that your back training and that is awesome. Nice amount of volume already. Hope you are being extra cautious with yourself (keep you away from doctors and/or injury). I have seriously been busting my butt and have a nice long way to go (which is good…for me). I am hoping to be able to spend more time in the forum(just back to normal, lol) . I am watching and reading everyone’s log; just some posts aren’t automatically showing up on my feed, in fact not really at all? It’s like a 3-7 day delay and when it does it’s incomplete. Damn tech(software/coding vs the Hardware are not moving at the same pace ! Lol.

And I'm actually loving the shit out of IT..
Not one side..nice low dose Deca for joints..a little Dbol to get things in my head better..and that 600 of Test is pretty sweet..
Have to start sharpening my knives in the morning..a cat couldn't scratch this dick at 6am...BTW..Z is straight..quick type disclaimer..!!..

Slow but steady..

Thanks Matt i had rotator cuff surgery last September and I’m just now getting back to where I can lift properly

My shoulder that i had surgery on last September still hurts when I do any DB front or lateral raises so I don’t do them yet ,very painful surgery it was he had ti totally rebuild my Rotator cuff and my labrum was pretty badly torn as well

My diet is been good While I was off from lifting I stayed on a well balanced diet and i was satisfied that it worked good without working out !!

Shoulders/Traps

Shoulder Press 4x12
DB Shrugs 4x12
Upright Rows 4x12
Straight Bar Shrugs 4x12
Reverse Rear Delt Flys 4x12

Still can’t do DB lateral or front raises really hurts my injured shoulder and rotator cuff so leaving them off till I can do them

Cardio 30minutes
