Well I’m gonna post my log here I started back last week after a 2 1/2 year layoff Because of a broken leg snd 3 major surgeries in 2 years ,I’m gonna post up all my info later just wanted to start my thread and thank MaxMuscle he’s helped me a lot!!

Well finally after nealry 7 months after my rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgery I started back this morning!

Arms
SBC 4x10
DB curls 3x10
Concentration Curls 3x10
Skullbusters 4x10
OH DB pullovers 3x10
Straight bar Pressdowns 3x10

Cardio 1.3miles

On my way back after haveing a brand new rotator cuff surgery I need some support my brothers I’ll start posting my workouts Monday again thanks for all your support friends

So have they lifted all your weight restrictions? Just take it slow and easy. Focus on good form.

Had to skip the gym this morning my shoulder hurting to much gonna try again tomorrow this really sucks guys dammit

Still can’t do DB lateral raises with my injured shoulder

I used to love upright rows and heavy Smith Machine MP..and laterals..
But they cause pain and neck problems..
I use a lot of band work with great results,more volume the heavy sets..

So far..No shoulder issues..

Well starting back my 5 day per week workouts tomorrow I’m gonna take it easy I just Want my muscles to get hard again I think after next week I’m gonna start a cycle of Test E Npp and Masteron to help it alone after my muscles get used to being used agin,what y’all think ?
