Monday, Monday! Make sure to use back support for your shoulder day. I find even using a barbell smith machine or dumbbell exercises can help with staying injury free and use strict form. One exercises that has done a lot for front delt/lines : Standing straight “skinny bar or EZ curl bar for front laterals; besides the alternating dumbbell front raises. Trying to hit some Low back manual glute/ham raise (just to strengthen my abs/low back. Kick Ass Bullseye

Check out the Doctors Best - OptiMSM, 1g caps or powder(cheaper). I have been on that, Knox gelatin(protein);2g Circumin w Bioperine at minimum for 5+ years and still haven’t used any pain med(OTC) except a few days when broke my hand twice. The stuff works along with Little fermented food additions:
Kefir (fermented dairy:drinkable yogurt basically a live probiotics, plus it has like a 2
Month fridge life. (Organic Peach or Blueberry or Unflavored w fruit) and my frozen spinach bags (i smash on kitchen floor to break up) $1 for a whole bag. Kombucha/Sauerkraut/Fermented Black Bean Paste (good w Chinese Five spice Powder on meat and veg ). I am sure you have all kinds of inflammation. The supps/diet are great and it works! That is without adding Osteo Bi-Flex (which we all know works)
Even pain docs tell patients to take 1500mg/1200mg glucosamine/chondroiton(added msm)

Just a little update. I drank one of those Naked Green and Triple Berry drinks, so delicious but I always think it’s all fruit juice concentrates. (They supposedly juice it) IDK Though. Naked and Bolthouse Farms are the 2 brands I see.

Gonna start slow smoking BBQ for a nice change of pace: problem is....the lean Meats do not do so well and I am in super low fats...I could trade my 250carbs for 27g extra fat! Doesn’t seem fair! I’ll take the Carbs all day.

They want to do surgery on my hand ! I will say no, of course but, I will get it done once it bothers me so bad or hurts too much(but it’s not too bad.)

Nice ! No surgery until I want it! Yay ! The hot secretary had black hair, arm tatts, super good skin of course, was a bit old for me. Amy, of course I remember ; she wasn’t there when I checked in but saw her on the way out. I said her name and that was all it took, she was surprised and her eyes lit up! She was super staring into my eyes, definitely single. She chatted me up. It is so funny that as long as you smile and not the creepy way, girls just respond and talk .
I love women. Then I came back home and my girl left work and I had a nice snack tray she put together for me knowing I would be hungry. Am I am Terrible !? I felt that way. I didn’t flirt ..well, I was charming her but, it was more for me. I wouldn’t even have ever taken her number . Just nice to chat with other women, I’m good at it, especially at docs, gyms, colleges, and in front of crowds : public speaking/speech and debate from 6th grade on paid off! I actually won a $10,000 scholarship in 10th grade for a speech - Optimist Club Check! I was rich bitch! Such a clam! I had that speech memorized forward and backward(even had the pauses for crowd reactions) which were spot on. Nerd stuff. It was a big deal though. No college loans , all paid . !! Hope you close the deal with that chica! Women can make things better or worse, I am in the better phase.

Today was my day off and I just haven’t to make myself go to the gym I’ve been down and depressed all week and I hopeI can get out of this funk it’s not the gym or workouts it just severe depression i have since I was 21

Just remember: it always goes away! It creeps up and lingers longer than we’d like. IT ALWAYS GOES AWAY. My first step is just forcing the cardio, getting my sleep schedule back to the same time each day(even if not sleeping just meditating w eyes closed to sleep sounds)*. Staying away from alcohol or rec drugs and also my knowledge that a lil bump of dht or suspension can bring me out temporarily, which can bring me out long term because I get that “good feeling “‘back. It may just be all the medical complications along with being a single, male. Just remember: you have friends and goals! DO NOT let repetitive self abuse , thoughts defeat you! Just try to do one thing to make your self happier each day! Even a Big Mac may help . Bless you bullseye, prayers

It’s the medication. Always give yourself a good five weeks , remember, we all change and so do our mental needs. It may be good and it may not but always give it a chance. They are just tools, so being resilient to the negative self doubt, down talk , is super important and never be afraid to pick up the phone or go to the hospital if things get bad. Our #1 tool is that we are here. Stable . Happiness is relative to each one of us . Be happy you get to have me big you tomorrow and now! ! Put on some music you enjoy and close your eyes . For gods sake ; do not think about finances or women for 24 hrs . Take care of You . I will always be your friend, that is real.

I have off days all the time (I know you said "day off" though). Don't beat yourself up about it...it only makes it worse. Find something to take your mind off things, even if it's only a movie for a couple of hours.

Getting started back this morning after a 3 1/2 week layoff had MRI amd a partial test in my rotator cuff snd labrum migament nit around enjght for surgery yet so he’s treating them with cortisone shots for a few months to see how that goes a surgery now would require a 3-4 month recovery and i don’t want this !!!!! He said the damage is not that serious atm and doesn’t require surgery as long as it don’t get worse so I’m gonna take it easy for a while but lease back working out
