Bulking

How long should you or could you bulk ?
As long as you want. Just remember the fatter you get the longer and harder you’ll have to cut.
A lot of coaches will have guys monitor their glucose levels and when they start getting insulin resistant they’ll have them back off on the carbs and/or do a mini cut. It’s not a bad idea to keep cardio in while in a gaining phase especially if your fasted glucose levels are getting into pre diabetic territory. It’s not a bad idea to keep some berberine on hand just in case.

Yea the whole getting fat thing is a problem. We’re gonna keep cardio in for sure . I can’t not do it . I’m to health paranoid to not especially with the given lifestyle choices . I really need a damn glucose monitor

They're like 30 bucks.

The test strips is really the most expensive part of it.
 
ReliOn has cheap bulk strips - about 17cents per . Still is the expensive part (especially first months of someone’s slin /Aas/gh cycle). Have to check a lot to see how many (macros and Types of macros , Plus what & how the compounds affect BG levels ,a long with checking AM fasted , post workout , post meals.

Sore fingers ! Lol I hear one of em you can pretty much Lance to test BG about any where on boy but , it’s waay expensive .

It's very expensive, but like you said... Sore fingers sucks especially if your checking your BG several times a day.

I’m definitely gonna invest …hard not to if your going to compete . When I saw how simple it was (a competing pro was doing his after training) I was like “holy shit “ you get test soo easy and no sore fingers !!” For sure worth it !

Are we dismissing genetics in this equation..??
This is what happens to me..when ever I eclipse 190..
Having a very small bone structure..like 7 or 8 inch wrist..and some of the worst genetics around..

I have problems with my low back being able to handle the increase of body weight..big problem..
And my wrist Will just give way during heavy dumbbell presses..bounced a 110 off my chest once..
I'm thinking I've passed my genetic limit..and should just back down to a weight I'm comfortable with..
This has been an issue..each and every time I push toward that elusive 200lb Mark..
Got super close 198.6..but my condition knocked me down yet AGAIN..

Open to ideas...Im 90% sure it's structural..Thoughts..??

So wait you lost me , what’s the alternative to pricking your fingers constantly . And why would you need to check it so many times a day like you mentioned? What are we looking for with the bg levels ?

Yeah they have one that you can poke on arm shoulder chest (it only needs a tiny , micro amount of blood ) . I did it (while not even on insulin (using glucophage:metformin vs different natural GDA’s (like berberine, cinnulinn PF , about 10 others. Also I mapped what food types and combos of food affected my blood sugar the most , the least , or unchanged - so food , supplements , powders and other PED’s ! Including insulin (but that was a later log test) .

It gave me a map of what works , what doesn’t and how ; “I personally am affected by each drug , supplements , workout pre and post , waking and before and after various meals .

My grandmother actually “taught me” without knowing as a kid . I would hang out w her and my aunt for summers and she had to take like 3 types of insulin and had health bad health Issues due to mega obesity and smoking cigarettes. (I would do it all for her and she was an RN) previous to her accident that paralyzed her and she turned into a completely different person .

Always thought tren was the X factor. Bulk and cut at the same time. I know when I take it my weight goes up, vascular, and my waist stays consistent. Can’t sleep worth a hell though.
 
Personally I really wana use deca on a bulk . I believe that drug will really shine with all those extra calories . I wana put it to the test .

I run Deca on all bulks... for like 30+ years. The Nitrogen retention (as far as your diet goes) is what you are after.
The reason I check my BG all the time is because I run Slin and GH and want my body to be optimized. particularly Pre and Post W/O.

Deca is the best bulker IME and nice addition to TRT (even 50mg helps, although I like 80-100mg) . You can use just test too but Deca changes the game. A lot use NPP as well.

Yea exactly bro . That’s what I was gonna use . My only issue with the blends is not being able to control the dose individually. Like if I got sides from deca I can’t lower that down without the other stuff going lower as well.
 
Well if 200 bothers you go to NPP..But like I said..he did make it for Me..and I love Deca..
