I make a couple crust less quiches every Sunday and have them through the week. My favorite uses the following ingredients for a high protein treat. 6oz salmon drained, 2 eggs 6 egg whites, 1 1/2 cups low fat Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 cup high protein low carb milk(fairlife), and one medium onion diced and cooked with Pam until soft. Throw it in a pie pan sprayed with Pam and cook 50 minutes. I then divide each quiche into four equal servings.
