What I do for breakfast is I have a two-part meal that is separated by one hour..... I like to blend my oats dry into a fine powder, I will add protein powder, fresh fruit and I will blend and drink it... one hour later I will eat a burrito... for some reason I always respond and feel better when I eat hot meals throughout my day especially with breakfast.. since my time is very limited I actually blend chicken breast, I will do this after I cook it it will come out very shredded and I put this on my burrito... when I tell you my time is limited I try to get my meals down as fast as I can with little chewing... when I blend the chicken I can literally pack that burrito with one full breasts and eat it in 4 bites washed down with some water....

People often laugh at my practice until they try it, iblend most of my chicken and add it with some rice and vegetables and I can choke it down in the matter of seconds with room to spare....

I will even make turkey burritos in the morning as well with ground meat.... I'm not much of a waffle or pancake kind of guy, actually they make me starving soon after

That's why I love pancakes so much. I can keep eating them. Take a break, drink a coffee, go back to eating them.

Speaking of waffles, is anyone here from Cali? My brother just got back from there and told me that the waffles are insane out there that they are literally two stories high and they pack it with everything

I make a turkey bacon and peanut butter sandwich in a pita pocket. It is easy to grab on the go and pretty clean to eat in the car. Plenty of cals, good fats, and protein. Usually keeps me full for a couple hours.

I'll make about 10 of them on the weekend an eat them through the week.

Pancakes. Egg whites, oatmeal, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder maybe an egg if you want or some yogurt. Toss that in the frying pan. Sugar free maple syrup. Blend. Experiment with the ratios.

I'm like you and like to sleep. The night before I take steel cut oats and soak in milk or almond milk. Whatever amount of oats you need just pour the milk slightly over the top. By morning they are ready. Just microwave 45 seconds and add PB or fruit. Then I chug 1-2 cups of raw egg whites (from carton). Breakfast done and consumed in 3-5 minutes.

Raw Milk, steak and whatever carb is generally my breakfast though. Non training days I don't eat carbs for breakfast.

You guys are missing out. Fried egg. Toast. Turkey bacon. PB on a sammich. It's awesome.

I can vouch for Montego here. If you don't have Turkey bacon regular Bacon or Bologna also works great. I was skeptical about the combination until I tried it.

English muffin, cut open. Pit slice of pepper jack on each half. Put in toaster until cheese melts. Add slice of salami (not dry salami, a moist one). Make sammich

10oz turkey (sliced or ground) top with fresh salsa and chow it down

12 oz un-sweetend almond milk
1 cup whole rolled oats
1 cup blueberries
Blend in vita mix or blender for 1 minute and drink it down

Nothing fancy but very effective at fueling me up before my morning workout.

I will add that I wake up 3 hours prior to the above meal, drink the shake below and go back to sleep...

1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup h2o
2.5 scoops whey protein (75g)

simple easy protein pancakes are always the best bet

It can be tricky I've noticed not to use a lot of the protein powder because I did it in my waffle maker and it was a fucking disaster, my wife lost her marbles and had a fucking canary!

That is exactly what happens most of the time they come out over dry... I have tried all sorts of ways and I have failed miserably to make a decent one, I end up always just scarfed it down and taking it for the team
