The Canada Peptides Gh Is very good as well
I rarely stray from Zphc or Pharma , just a waste getting a low purity or a peptide. Real GH gives a noticeable difference and I’m a fan of certain peptides too . We should get some of the new ones soon. Right now the Igf1 LR3 is hot because it gives super fast results whereas GH takes time .

Well it depends on the person

Some do two weeks @
50mcg split dose (into muscle worked )
2 week @ 100mcg split dose “”
Off 30 days
Start again

Or

Protocol
Igf-1 LR3 is only cycled for 30-45 days ON,
30 days off, repeat (until desired result) .
Example :
Week 1 - 50mcg daily w gh shot
Week 2 - raise dose 25mcg incrementally so this would put you at (75mcg), and so on
Week 3 - 100mcg
week 4 - 100mcg-125mcg
Week 5 - OFF LR3 or cont. to 150mcg

Most guys use igf-1lr3 daily with gh but, it can be used on its own . I’ve seen guys use it with MK677 . One thing nobody agrees on is the timing of the dose . I like to mix it with my gh shot post workout (my personal choice) as I feel it builds up and works longer .

Welcome my friend . I do have a few protocols left to try but, between the three I use : one for bulking , one for cutting , and one for anti-aging/wellness work good. Igf-1 LR3 is newer for me and works fast. I want to it separately one time also (as I’ve done with gh )
