What’s up ASF Fam! This will be a healing log using BPC-157 from FARMATON list!
I have a labrum tear from about 14 months ago that hasn’t healed quite right. I changed my workouts to protect it and strengthen surrounding muscles and even stopped benching. I hope to get back to benching with a barbell again.
5wks ago I aggravated something in my lower back while running and it hasn’t been quite right either? I’ve been protecting it while lifting avoiding any lumbar moves. Been going a lil bit lighter to also focus on not using my back to create momentum and focusing on a solid core and better form.
I’m hoping this will just add an extra kick to get me beyond these issues.
