Get Shredded!
I can imagine how this is gonna go but I have a real problem on my hands. How bad is a pint of liquor a day for you, with regard to gear and training?

I was drinking a pint of whiskey every day for the last year of my command in the army. It's not going to turn out very well.

I drink a lot, for 40 years now... Thinking of shutting it down even though my liver/bloods just came back perfect.

Eventually organs fail...

I agree...eventually our ability to detoxify and process chemicals/toxins becomes less and less. Leading to disease and conditions.

Too much salt over time....high blood pressure (which can cause strokes).

Too much sugar over time....diabetes and all that goes with it.

Too much fat over time... high cholesterol leading to heart attacks.

I know fat isn't necessarily a toxin, certain types are unhealthy and lead to an unhealthy state.

Of course, when your young, your body is very forgiving. And you can abuse it without much consequence. You can lay out in the sun and burn like a bitch, but 30 years later, skin cancer presents itself.

Everything we eat comes from a fucking bag, box or can. And we have been programmed to accept it. Modern medicine has improved so much that it can keep us alive despite the abuse via medication (big pharma loves it).

So the key is ABUSE... some drinking in moderation is IMO okay. But drinking everyday and a lot of it will eventually get you. No one is beyond reproach.

Sugary ass fireball. It relaxes me. I look forward all day to that first pull off the bottle. I just sink back and relax. And a pint is nothing, I can easily drink a fifth and a half a day. Easily. I takes effort not to so I stay with a pint. It's just so easy to drink like it's barely got alcohol in it.

I guess I'm hoping for something between

1) It's bad but not that bad. Don't worry.

and

2) It's actually great for you. Keep it up.

Hoping against...

3) Yeah, you're fucked.

Fireball is a no go for me. A 2-6 was my pregame before we went out during my university days.

As for your question, enjoy your life, it's the only one you're going to get .
