What is this "keto" you guys are talking about?
google dave palumbo diet. also find the questions and answer section relating to it. its all over the net.
i used the diet for a 200 lbs man. several years ago i dinnt train for like 7 years and ate take out every day.
i was fat, pale , hairy. pretty much a reg guy. i started back at the gym 6 years ago. barley benching 95 lbs.
tried to use my tradition diet of 40/40/20 but i was like 200 lbs and 23 percent bf,
so i stumble on dave p diet and followed it to the t for 3 moths. got down to 180 at about 12 percent and looked like a BB again.
then i stocked up on gear, hired a diet coach. cause i knew i couldnt stay on that forever. 2 months later i transfored again , once he slowly added whole
foods and carbs myy metabolism shot thru the roof. he sent my pics to his friend an npc judge in my area, he said dude you know you are less
than 3 weeks from stepping on any local stage and i promise you , you will easily place top 3 in master. i was 40.
i stayed with the diet coach for 2 years. he taught me a lot. he pushed my to do stuff i would heve never done on my own. i never
so no. i did exactly what he said, he tweaked my diet every few weeks. i didnt question it. i just did. diet is everything in this game
