What is this "keto" you guys are talking about?

google dave palumbo diet. also find the questions and answer section relating to it. its all over the net.
i used the diet for a 200 lbs man. several years ago i dinnt train for like 7 years and ate take out every day.
i was fat, pale , hairy. pretty much a reg guy. i started back at the gym 6 years ago. barley benching 95 lbs.
tried to use my tradition diet of 40/40/20 but i was like 200 lbs and 23 percent bf,

so i stumble on dave p diet and followed it to the t for 3 moths. got down to 180 at about 12 percent and looked like a BB again.
then i stocked up on gear, hired a diet coach. cause i knew i couldnt stay on that forever. 2 months later i transfored again , once he slowly added whole
foods and carbs myy metabolism shot thru the roof. he sent my pics to his friend an npc judge in my area, he said dude you know you are less
than 3 weeks from stepping on any local stage and i promise you , you will easily place top 3 in master. i was 40.
i stayed with the diet coach for 2 years. he taught me a lot. he pushed my to do stuff i would heve never done on my own. i never
so no. i did exactly what he said, he tweaked my diet every few weeks. i didnt question it. i just did. diet is everything in this game

they are not that expensive when you consider the value. usually 100 a month. so 25 a week. i cant even get a decent pizza where i live for that.
PM s2h from this board i am sure you can work out some kind of payment plan with you . word of advice. just do what they say. if you have hired a good guy
then you have no worries. my coach told me ok now i want you to eat 600 grams of carbs today after you train within 3 hours.
he said no rice . i want sugary cereal,pop tarts grape juice, pancakes , real syrup. i was like this guy is nuts. but i did it . and within a few hours
every vein i had was exploding and i looked like a gained 10 lbs of muscle

Well wife and I got into fight during meal 3, I kept saying stop stop stop she wouldn't STOP BLASTIN ME, sooo I snapped threw shake spilled everywhere it messed up wall, then I spilled almonds and chicken, chair into room and stormed out to car then realized I totally fucked up my meal!!!!!

Stormed back in wiped up my mess re-weighed my food and finished... At least I got my macros but FML...

I need to calm the fuck down!!!

I am looking forward to the August of 2017 photo comparison.

Bogner has never touched gears before this (if I am reading correctly) and just learned a shit ton about diet, cardio, etc.

He started this thread as a natty with low T, fat, and a little delusional (sorry, Bogner, but it's true, and can probably be said of lots of others posting here and people out in the world in general - delusional).

I am looking forward to what one year of positive changes will bring.

He posted recently 2.5 inches off the waist at the belly button, and he had only just started doing serious cardio about a week before.

This is where I I lost just little on waist and kept fuckin up my diet. But added LITTLE bit muscle but still making major adjustments

Honestly I'm still taking my time on this and I don't know exactly when I'll lower to cruise just yet I'll do bloods again soon to see where my test levels are since I adjusted my doses HOPEFULLY I'm above 2000ng now.

I never realized how much I sucked at the nutrition stuff. I can put in work its just gonna be rocky cycle

kinda like I've been RUNNING full speed in the dark as members PUNCH and KICK me into the right direction lol but I promise I'll get the hang of this soon! And I appreciate every piece of advice.

Doesn't look like you suck at it anymore. The pics of the meals you posted up appear to be pretty close to perfect for your goals. If you remain consistent, you are going to experience positive changes and wonder why you did not do all of this sooner.

Hell ya! That'd be awesome! And ya only thing I've changed is the time of day I eat the carbs trying to time those closer to pre and post workout.

Definatley a learning curve. Take advantage of all the resources you have available these days. When I first started there was nowhere near the info available there is now. I look back and can't believe how stupid some of the stuff I did was. Looks like your headed in the right direction.
