Nutrition should be step one to this lifestyle. I hate when I meet people that kill it in the gym, juice and eat garbage.

That looks delicious. I'm always on a tight budget though so my list is pretty much always Almonds, Eggs/Egg beaters, turkey bacon, cheese, and isopure. Cyclical Keto ftw!!
