I'm still making progress at the gym maintaining muscle and strength losing weight at the same time. Trying to stay the natural route only taking omega-3s and BCAAs with high nightmare for pre-workout. Still working on my diet cutting out sugars no problem and working on the carbs with those sandwiches are really hard to stop. Work outs are pretty sporadic lots if face pulls and lateral raises asbI just had my shoulder set in place getting labs for testosterone tomorrow. I'm going to run a 10 mg 8-week cycle of cardarine to cut the Weight and then mk677 to bulk up. I'll take pics before and after each. Experiment.
