Hey guys, I've always got mixed responses and feelings about my tits but just wanted to see what you guys think of this. Only thing I've ever run is prohormones a few years ago and these tits have been on me for awhile and before that. Any input is appreciated.

Hmm... Whats the lowest Bf you have gotten down to? Try to do a hardcore cut and see what happens. Some people hold fat in strange places.
 
No noticeable lumps under nipples and yes Seattle I am currently in the middle of that, nervous about the possible loose skin issue but we'll see how it goes. Thank you for the input

I'm with Seattle. Loose a good 15 to 20 lbs and see how it looks then. If your nipples don't hurt and there's no lumps its probably not gyno

no its not. you just need to eat the right diet combined with the right drugs.
its simple. not easy because it takes discipline , but simple once you know how

Looks like fat kid gyno. Hard as shit to get rid of. At 16% body fat I only hold fat in my tits and lower belly. You can get rid of most of it takes time and a lot of work. Heres a old picture of me when I was fatty fat ass then picture on the right was taken about 8 months later. This is a old picture probably 6 or 7 months old I'm a lot leaner and bigger now but still have some fat kid tits left

Drugs are not a good idea at this point. Hire a coach for proper meal plan and WO routines first. Drugs should be last on the list. Drugs for when trying to fine tune your body, not when you are at the beginning stage like where you are now.

If you lift & build muscle while loosing the fat it will really help with the loose skin..Hit your chest,,shoulders,,back (lats) hard & u wilm be surprsed how all turns out in the end..

Good luck brother..Stay consistant & motivated & any goal is obtainable..also it hard to tell with gyno but if theres no hard tissues underneath you should be ok once bf is down & some muscle is gained

1800 calories? Way too little. I cut on 2800 calories. Something is not right.

At 200 my maintenance was 2300 so I did 500 cal deficit. At least that's what I got from using bmr calculators and shit
