I did all my normal bloodwork at the end of the year but had to email the nurse and ask to go back for my test levels. I know I was borderline last couple times to get them to give me Trt. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to get those Test levels to drop just a little bit and I'm on the Trt. So far I've only read go in the afternoon and eat a big meal about 2 hrs before and they should drop. IS THIS TRUE.. am I supposed to fast? Nurse just said go back to lab whenever. Huh....

My insurance company requires the test be done prior to 10am and lab requests fasting. I have United Healthcare.

How would they know if you fasted and insurance is high deductible with huge out of pocket these days

Testosterone tests are morning only. They want your peak amount. Best way I seen to lower testosterone is to do anavar only cycle for 4 weeks.
What are your numbers and the reference range. Post your bloods so we can see

What were your levels? Have you shopped around for doctors? Some are more forward thinking than others. Most hormone clinics will prescribe anyone with even questionable levels.

2 years ago total was 504 and free was 84 last year my total was around 470 with one of those home testing kits from some online company named Peak. They changed there name to ohnn they qualified ne for Trt but never actually delivered I'm talking with a Dr from Peter MD and says would treat anyone under 510 but it's like 400$ to get started if you do lab's through them. That's why I'm getting my labs through my Dr to see where I'm at but she said go into the lab whenever I want....I'm probably thinking all wrong.. I should fast go in the morning and hope for the best results... cutting weight and gaining strength. Maybe I can do without. I'm an addict and I want more. Trading 1 for another. I'm sober after a 10 year 🥃.don't get me wrong I'm putting in the work I just wantbanother level

Bodybuilding is a marathon not a race. Trying to do things quickly can mess you up physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Most hormone clinics will get you out the door for ~$200 for 10 weeks. If that is not in your budget then going underground is your only option.

Your levels aren't terrible for 45. Are you actually feeling low test symptoms? Steroids aren't magic. All moving parts need to be in place before seeing results.

I've never seen a $200 out the door clinic it's like $150 for bloodwork then membership then medication looking closer to $400 at least all that I have spoke with. And there is no guarantee for treatment. Underground is looking like the way!! It's not about the $ it's the scammers out there like I said I already was took on a online clinic ended up paying $300 bucks and all they ever sent me was 30 50mg closed and a load of bullshit WHT the test wasn't at my front door ..

They ask if fasted, providing an accurate answer is a choice.

Ys your levels weren’t low enough to justify testosterone. Common practice when you have higher than normal low levels is clomid to try getting your body to start producing more again.
It gives you false hope without fixing low t symptoms.

Any way about it I'm going to do it the right way and try to get the best possible results I can... I'm not afraid to put in the work. Great advice here.

Only way to get trt if your levels aren’t low enough is pay a clinic the big money or take anavar solo for two weeks to crash your system.
