Wow, that's an open question. Is this for health, testing the dosage of testosterone, or what?

It depends. During HRT and TRT it is common to get labs every month for the first 3-4 months and then get labs every 3 or 6 months regularly after that.

If you are doing your own cycle it is never a bad idea to get labs prior to and mid stream but about 99% of guys don't do that. It's also good to get labs after you finish your PCT to see where you are currently at.

It really depends on what you can afford.

So long as you are being safe and using Organ protection, unless you have an underlying condition you can usually go a few months minus seeing dangerous elevations. "Usually" being the key word. Anything can happen, just watch for tell tale signs during a cycle. If you start pissing blood or have other issues, nosebleeds, etc, it might be time to dial back and to immediately check labs.
