Um yea, 220/120 had the wife check 3x both arms. Then last one was 200/120. Geez. I've always been 120/60 or whatever normal is. Anything I can take?

I know tren screws with blood pressure. Were you sitting? Standing? Stretched out? Have you tried taking it 30min later?

Holy shit dude. Down 2 gal water a day to get rid of that water weight. Stop all stimulants. Cut the tren. Clean up your diet. Get rid of sodium and sugars.

I hear from a lot of guys tren fucks with your blood pressure a lot, get off that shit and maybe get off everything because (EDIT: don't get off everything, PCT) 24% BF with 2000 calories a day tells me you're a noob and shouldn't be running those doses, yeah?

Drink a lot of water, I've heard people say aspirin and cialis will get help your BP down too, but don't go crazy will them, very small amounts.

What's your activity level look like, how often do you exercise?

What do you eat?

5-6 days a week at the gym and do a lot of meat, white rice and chicken, here lately I've barely broke into the 2k it's been around 1500. Just havnt been hungry.

Cardio, no salt, and drink water. Mine goes up all the time if I eat very much sodium and leave off the cardio.

Hmm. K ill try more cardio. I've always had the problem with lung power I'll step it up, and this cycle I knew I would have to watch my diet closer, just ate breakfast and feel like throwing up now, 800cal. 1000mg sodium

besides what everyone has already said, if you are drinking, smoking or taking Tylenol may increase BP

Have u been checking during this cycle,hard to believe it just went up...Id get bloodwork done..BP is not the only thing tren raises RBC...You have to monitor everything on tren...220/120 is critical!!

^^^Get bloodwork done asap. Get sugar and sodium intake down.
Some otc supps that help with bp are:
potassium
magnesium
coq10
and supposedly garlic is effective as well.

Sodium was 138 potassium was 4.4 glucose 101, before the cycle. I'm scared I'm not really feeling anything wrong other then shortness of breath a little fatigue and nosebleeds, have any of you experienced bp this high or close to it? What symptoms did you have? I'll have her keep checking, I got to take her dinner at work so she can check it again as well. And I'm just 6pins in on this cycle.

Not unusual to have high bp with the amount of juice you are on.

1000mg of sodium in just breakfast
this is part of the problem... Stop salting the fuck out of everything or eating prefrozen packaged junk.... Get your fucking sodium in check.... I barely hit 2300 all day when I'm eating 2-3000 calories and 2k should be your goal

you also should have expected considering you jumped on gear fat and with no conditioning (24% bf and chances are that's your hopefully not factual bf)... Get your fucking diet in check; should have keyed with that before doing any enhancement drugs that fuck with your cardiac system.... That being said at least you know what pct is and should prolly start it and fix yourself before you try again...

You Can always try donating blood but that's just a temporary band aid that masks the main issue being you.

What would you do if you tried for years and nothing was working and 1000mg is usaly my total, been in check before all of this and start a little bit of tren and it goes haywire. I need help that's why I'm here, if I need to drop out I will. It sucks that I'm finly making gains then have to quit. When compared to others that I see I'm a whole lot better then them physique wise and diet wise, everyone's got to start somewhere.

Went to the wife's work and used one of thier machines 148/91 this time. I can breathe a little now. Whatever sodium I get is what's in the food itself. And rarely buy prepackaged frozen bullshit, make everything from scratch, and barely getting 2k of cal a day, maybe I should've started this in the diet section.

Just stop all sodium intake like you said unless its natural in the food itself. I caught myself a while back b/c i was putting Hot sauce on my chicken and every meal, on top of having high sodium seasoning. Lesson Learned. Also- get your bf% checked. Dont rely on the scale that sends stupid electrodes through your body. That shit isnt accurate enough. +/- 5% if youre lucky- I know, I was a D1 Wrestler in college. Get a PT to use the calibers. These guys are right, IF you are at 24% bf....you should have never made your first pin. You should have taken 6 months to get the bf down to under 16% before running gear.

Any family history of hypertension? And do you have any off cycle blood pressure readings to compare to? Regardless if you are on tren or not, your BP must have been pretty high to start off with, because you're in extremely dangerous territory there...
