Get Shredded!
Blood pressure climbing here the past week. What used to be around normal like 125/82. Is now like 145/90 on test/deca cycle. I read taking baby asprin will help that a bit?

You can try adding some of these supplements to help lower/control it:

Hawthorn Berry
Celery Seed Extract
L-arginine

No the aspirin won't help. Cardio, cleaner diet if possible will. If your e2 is getting high, it could be water retention related. If that's a possibility, you could grab some dandelion root extract from the local hippie/health store. Take first thing in the morning with 16oz water, or even more effective is at night with water. Your kidneys work more efficiently at night, but you'll be up pissing. If that doesn't do it, 25mg of hydrochlorothiazide will for sure.

If that's not the problem...you need blood pressure meds while on cycle. I suggest telmisartan if you can get it. Avoid beta blockers if you can, they will slightly hinder fat loss and bring your heart rate down to where you can't work it with cardio, which is lame. They'll typically start you with HCTZ, then lisinopril, then move in from there. Lisinopril might work fine for you since it's pretty mild

Also, I forgot. I use somewhere between 10-15g of quality beet root powder from True Nutrition in my preworkout. It is a fairly strong vasodilator that reduces blood pressure as well. If you take it daily, it makes a pretty substantial difference. Don't just go ordering whatever from Amazon though, it's mostly crap that's already had the betaine extracted out. True Nutrition has the best quality beet root I've ever found by a long shot

I've been on a beta blocker I seem to be holding fat easier. I'm tired more. Gonna be switching to an ace inhibitor. I tried all the other shit people mention. Don't ignore it.

Been on Losartan personally, didn't have any negative side affects. Helped quite a bit, personally.

Agreed on staying away from beta-blockers.

I saw a video posted by the admin. Stating when on deca take asprin for blood pressure. I guess if that won't work I should try what you all have mentioned.

Aspirin daily is always a good idea but it won't help blood pressure. Beta blockers will help with anxiety and stress/rage but not much else, not much effect on blood pressure. I'm on Lisinopril 40 mg because of test, Tren, deca, ...
HCTZ will just piss u off... literally lol.

Yeah the aspirin won't do shit for blood pressure. Beta blockers work good for me, metoprolol, atenelol, and nebivolol all work quite well. Lisinopril however doesn't do jack for me anymore. I believe it's genetic predisposition and what is raising your BP that makes the difference. ARBs are a better option than ace inhibitors, and telmisartan has some extra muscle gaining properties regarding the ppar receptors and vasodilation. The problem with beta blockers is the decreased fat loss, but the selective B1 antagonists are better than the non-selective ones.

Beta blockers kill all the fun :(
And don't try to have decent sex on em.
I didn't know that about Telmisartan, might have to try that out cuz honestly this Lisinopril isn't nearly effective as it should be, especially at 40mg

Are you holding a lot of water?

Aspirin will make you bleed with HBP.

Not holding any water and I believe estrogen is under control. Funny thing is I checked pressure again yesterday after mowing the yard and sweating profusely was expecting it to be high and was 123/84. I belive it is stress related. When I have no energy left and have worn myself out it goes back to normal...go figure.

^ Kinda curious on feedback on that, as well.

Personally I have run Cialis off and on for about three years, has not inhibited natural erections as of late.

Mentally, it may impact you - if you get used to the feeling of Cialis vs. your natural erections.

Hey Garlic- What dose of telmisartan should one start out at? Thanks!

Just ordered from reliable RX. Lets see how long this takes LOL...
Yeah I got some lisinopril I ordered quite a while back finally. I've heard of others getting their stuff within a couple weeks though. Think it depends on where it ships from

Cialis is not addictive or will your body get used to it. It allows more blood flow through areas of your body. So you should be able to use it forever technically.

When on any type of gear, it makes it difficult to get a full, hard erection sometimes. Cialis brings it back like you were 18 again. Greatest drug ever if you ask me lol.

Heartburn is usually only side effect at low dose
