Get Shredded!
Evening iron brothers. I have a situation I need some advice. I've been cruising for about 4 months now. I usually donate every 2 months for bp reasons. The thing tho is I had blood work done about a month ago and my iron was low. Real low. Mine was like 15 & normal is around 65 I believe. I got 3 iron infusion over the next 3 weeks. Feel a lot better, although I belive my bp is starting to rise. I haven't checked it but I know it's not real bad. I haven't donated in almost 3 months. I feel like I need to but I am also worried that it will effect my iron levels in my blood. Any advice buds. Ty in advance

I see no need to donate blood if you’ve been cruising for 4 months. I never donate. It lowers iron and ferritin. Unless bp is over 150/100 I wouldn’t sweat it. Just my opinion. Some guys freak out when bp is 130/85.

Add iron supplements since you seem to have low iron issues. What is your hemoglobin and Hemocrit when you donate?

How do you keep your hemoglobin at bay?

My hemoglobin is high but my doctor said it’s nothing to worry about even at 20.5 when I last got blood work. His response was, “it won’t kill you or give you a stroke or heart attack at that level.” I’m 54. I’m sure my hemoglobin is lower now based on how well I feel. I’ve had it as high as 25 which had me feeling like crap all the time.

You just let it naturally drop when you come off cycle?

I never come off. I rotate compounds in and out based on how I feel. Everything I do is based on what I feel. I hate going to doctors, I know I’m not using a smart approach but that’s just me. Haha 😀
I used to drain my own blood when I felt like crap from very high hemoglobin. I’ve felt the best I’ve felt the past year from changing my diet so i haven’t wanted to drain blood. When I did drain it I would take out a full pint.

We all have to do what works for ourselves. I go on TRT dose after a cycle.

I'd get a cbc and see what your hgb and hct are. I had an iron deficiency too. Felt like I was dying. Back to normal now. Get iron ferrous sulfate and take it orally. Take vitamin C with it. Vitamin C helps the iron absorb MUCH better.

Lol I know right I'm like that I don't worry unless it gets 150 and up it's always the dystolic number or top one

Cialas keeps my BP perfect on cycle
It really works well. It’s funny. Doctors put me on every bp drug there is and none worked. Cialis works. And thanks to guys here and one other forum I learned about nebivolol, a 3rd generation beta blocker, which also works very well. 👍

That’s because Dr’s get kick backs for different drugs they prescribe. If you go to one Dr they will prescribe you one thing then when you go to another Dr they will say that medicine is not the best option and put you on one of their “ Preferred brands”. All of it is a scam.

I agree 100%. That’s why I just get my own meds online from India.

I don’t recommend self blood letting. Mine was thick and it was a mess. Not sure what the fuck I was thinking.

Fixing low Iron is 10 times easier than having a hemoglobin over 20 and not being able to donate. Not only that but your blood is extremely thick and don’t want to risk a clot. Also the longer you wait the higher your BP and pulse rate will get and that will disqualify you from donating too.

Yes sir that's what I am afraid of
I'm probably going to donate this weekend or next week some time
