Bizarre Damar Hamlin "appearance"

I guess there is a "conspiracy theory" going that Damar Hamlin might be actually dead, etc, etc.

I am not subscribed to any thought on this matter FYI and I am not saying I believe that for the record. I have zero clue wtf is going on. But what I will say is that his supposed "visit" to the game. Hidden, wearing a hood, mask, blurry photo, and strangest of all an "FBI escort" just plain doesn't make any sense to me.

What is going on with this story? Any ideas?

That’s what I told my wife. Seemed weird that they showed a shot of him from behind while he was jumping up and down clapping. Thought he was on breathing machine and stuff. And why wouldn’t they interview him yet? Maybe he declined but still… no offense to his momma and brother but it is kinda strange. Hope the kid is still alive.

Without knowing what rhythm he was in, its very hard to really speculate. But I’ve seen young healthy people coded for an hour before we finally call it.

I saw he posted something on Twitter or Instagram playing it up about hiding his face. It's very strange that it seemed like he was deteriorating in the hospital, 0 updates from the doctors or medical staff (aside from some vague updates from his uncle) to him having a miraculous recovery and being released. Then having no press conference or further updates. The NFL is terrified. They know if this was because of the vax (psst. It is) then all the other players they coerced into taking it are going to be raising hell. I genuinely hope he's ok though. Sucks

I’m a doctor. People survive much longer even without a pulse with adequate high quality cpr I’ve personally seen people make full recoveries up to 40min pulseless but it is true the longer without a pulse the higher rate of anoxic brain injury with lasting issues.

If he did get good cpr and early defibrillation with extubation a few days later it’s much more than likely he made a full recovery. NFL is still weird af for this pic though

Well fuck yeah it should have, it's the goddamn NFL and these are some of the most expensive athletes on the face of the earth. I HAVE a defibrillator in my truck for god sake.

You do understand that neither the NFL or the physicians can share his medical information, right? There is also plenty of reason and money motivators for him to keep it private.

Kind of a crazy story. I had an older woman code, PEA arrest in the ICU, had an art line so BP alarms instantly, and we react quickly. We start doing CPR and she comes to, screams at us to stop and as soon as we do, back out she goes. Start CPR and she comes back. Fucking wild man.
