I’m trying to pay for my order and every time I put in the bitcoin address or scan the url pay code I’m getting this message that they can not find any matches to send the payment too. I have been tryin for the past 3 hours on my phone and my iPad and still no luck! Is anyone else or has anyone else having this problem? Can any reps help out possibly?
 
make sure you copied and pasted the exact address because from what I read you are doing something wrong.
however, since it is a payment, and also because it is more correct that it is this way, open a ticket to support from your personal area.
 
Thanks. I’ve tried everything. Copied and pasted / scanned the url probably 15 times but I keep getting the same msg.
 
Have you open3d a ticket as Phil suggested?
This will be your best course at this time to see what exactly is happening.
