I went in to talk to my buddy at the local supplement shop and he told me I really need to consider some liver support. Do you guys have any recommendations?

I am not convinced any of those products are any better than keeping a healthy liver by not drinking booze and keeping a ton of water flowing thru.

Liv52 by Himalaya is very inexpensive and very effective and medically studied. It is highly counterfeited on ebay so be careful though. I do usually sell it on my store which is a sponsor here www.gymntonic.com but I am sold out right now. I buy it directly from India in bulk and its not super pricy but I have to buy a ton of it to get fair prices.

Also IML makes a cycle support product called Advanced Cycle Support and its an overall support for liver and internal organs. Def a bit more expensive but if you are on a huge cycle, well worth it. You can use my code "WES15" at checkout for 15% off at www.ironmaglabs.com

LeCheek makes a very good cycle support as well. I forget the name of it, but I trust LeCheek 100%

Had high liver enzymes a few years ago.
Got sent to a specialist who wanted to diagnosed me with hemochromatosis.
I promised the doc the reason why my enzymes were so high was because I ran a oral steroid cycle.
I used the stack for 1 month before retaking blood work
Tudca
Beet powder
NAC

Levels dropped back to healthy range.
Now that I look back on it..tudca alone probably would have worked

NAC
Vitamin C

Even Whey protein made from concentrate is excellent. Why? Bc it is a natural source for glutathione. The mother of all anti-oxidants in the liver. Look it up and research this for yourself.

If you can find injectable Glutathione, that is another alternative.

Of course, reduction in medicines (toxic) and alcohol (also toxic) is a plus.

Injectable Glutathione and TUDCA take this and your liver levels will be better than normal.

I think it is great guys want to look out for their liver health. But the liver can handle a lot, if you use moderate and short doses of methylated drugs the liver will be fine as it is the one organ that regenerates itself. Adding these supplements does not impress me as I think they help very little.

If you are worried about organ health, kidneys are what suffer the most from AAS use. Kidney damage is irreversible and AAS can really mess with them.

Good points.

I think in the case of your liver though, it can make you feel SO shitty so quickly that staying ahead with supplementation is very smart.

Kidneys sure, they take damage and the long term will cause issues if not looked after but, liver values are a more in your face type issue so I totally understand.

For me, NAC year round. When I did run harsh orals at high doses, TUDCA was king. I haven't used injectable glutathione but I have been told by many people I trust, it's even better.

I believe liver is fastest healing organ.. Have done IV Glutathione and yes it kicks ass ASAP.. NAC works bestafter that for me.. Have done TUDCA, but never needed to once NAC
did the job so well. BUT all I ever heard was how it kicked ass. I think with the Liver like other organs running high values then bringing them back when off is still
not ok. as life goes on the more stress you put on it later it will be weaker with age. I.E. I am older and my values are in range, but that may not mean all is good in long run
if you put it through much stress on cycles.
