depends on if you are just trying to boost test, or are actually in your PCT. I use arimistane based products for up to six weeks at a time. You can use that stand alone, or pct. I have used "test freak" because it helps me sleep, and I have read good reviews on some sites. hope this helps!

Daa is great. If you buy it in bulk you can get it fairly cheap, and it works great to boost test levels

Via studies, the best NATURAL testosterone booster is Vitamen D and C. Everything else is pretty inconclusive, as far as natural.

Now that’s the million-dollar question…

I have been using my chosen brand of testosterone booster for the last 2 ½ years.

It took me almost 6 months and a few hundred bucks to decide which is the best testosterone booster for me.In reality, my chosen brand may not be suited to you.

Just like all supplements, testosterone boosters use different ingredients and different manufacturers have different mindsets in terms of the effectiveness.

I went on testosterone booster review sites and went by what they advised. Eventually I had to swallow a bitter pill because I realized that many of these sites provide bullshit information because there is some kind of financial element involved, meaning they will rank highly only the products that actually pay the website owner. So this kind of messes up the whole concept of “independent reviews”.

I realized after racking my brains that instead of looking at brand names, I had to research the ingredients used. Many of the ingredients used in testosterone boosters actually have no correlation to increasing testosterone. I’ll give you an example…Tribulus terrestris is repeatedly touted as a potent testosterone enhancing ingredient. In reality, studies have found that it may offer very modest increases in this hormone, but in terms of libido enhancement, it is a miracle ingredient. The problem here is that a high libido does not necessarily mean high testosterone levels. Think about it.

From my research, the ingredients that I found work the best include d-aspartic acid, fenugreek, zinc, magnesium, mucuna pruriens, and vitamin D. If you cross any other ingredients that are being presented as miraculous testosterone enhancers, I urge you to ignore that crap. Many of these ingredients have not even been tested in terms of the testosterone enhancing potential in a controlled clinical environment.

The ingredients that I have mentioned, have! Therefore, I urge you to look carefully when looking at testosterone booster review sites, because recently there has been an explosion in these. I’m not here to pitch any testosterone booster brands, but if the administrators on this site allow me, I would like to put up a link of the site that I finally found that help me choose my preferred brand.I jumped straight into the top 10 testosterone boosters, and started researching the brands in the list, and you know what? They all made sense because the ingredients research that I conducted, tallied with what this site claimed.

I've use Ultra-Male RX and liked it. I took a bit more than the recommended dosage though as I felt it wasn't working so upped it. Could have been in my head, but still used it for my PCT and was happy.
