The drills are definately happening. Tire pull, 4 step power jump, wall drills, medicine ball etc. I wonder wha 100 yd. sprinters use!
Winstrol is what is used to build help increase speed for Athletes. Many sprinters have used it. Like someone mentioned Ben Johnson was popped for using winstrol.
As long as you are training to build explosiveness winstrol will give you an added boost.
Speed is a genetic trait. You can improve on it. But don't expect to be Usain Bolt if it's not in your genetic makeup.
Do 50 yard sprints 100 yard sprints. Get a parachute that has a wucj detach device so you can cut the parachute away mid sprint. Use a parachute system that you can attach two chutes to. Use speed resistance bands this will require a partner. Proper form is imperative. Work on first step explosiveness.
