Best combination for density

Density is something I've always struggled with. I am OK with my size, but I want my muscles to have that density and muscle maturity. I like a guy who is kind of big but looks hard as rock over the fluffy monster.

What AAS combo is the best for hardness/ density?

Is bodybuilding style lifting (if going until failure) going to be the best for density? I would think a mixture of higher weight lower reps and lower weight higher reps would be the best, but I'm not 100%.

Any information is appreciated.

I read many years ago, the density comes from the really heavy weights.

Think Dorian Yates.

Idk if any specific compounds would help or not.

I think age has something to do with it too.

Have a low BF% helps..... get down to 4-5%
Basically every bodybuilder uses these compounds in their last couple weeks of prep to achieve density. Winstrol, Halo, Mast Prop.
Density normally is from heavier weights, but you will also want lines/striations which lighter weight and higher reps improve.
I bet if you were to do a nice cut, as a powerlifter.... you will see the density.

I am thinking 250 test 200 tren e 800 mast e with 50mgs Var per day. I want to see what Mast can do at a decent mg pw.

It's great for density and prostate size lol.

I ran it that high at one point. Looked great but my prostate hasn't been the same since

Even with this combo, cardio, diet and routine you still need to be in single digit fat to see that nice dense separation.
This is only for show prep. Normally I am on 200 test try and blast would be to add masteron or primo.

Literally almost identical to my prep cycle.

Only difference is I use all Primo instead of adding mast and don't use Halo.

What ratios did you run? Test 4-500, npp 400, sten 2-300?
I did a few ratios with sten.
Those ratios you have were just about ball park with my best time with it.. I did sten/NPP at just 100/100 x 3 when I felt at my best. Any higher pumps were debilitating.. I even tossed in var PreWO during ON days towards the end. That summer I finished one my of sleeves and I recall my guy saying it was the best canvas he had in a while, overall symmetry and proportion wise. Great changes by 2nd week, peaking by week 5. Great ride!
I could have eat a bit cleaner.

I actually just grabbed some sten for this summer. Going to do a primo/hex run first. With some much needed fasted cardio 🤦

Heavy focused low reps, 300g of protien per day and a shit ton of Masteron.

My estrogen just went to zero just looking at these compound dosages. I'm jealous of people that can get away with running DHTs higher than test.

Arimadex makes me feel like shit.

Aromasin I use maybe 12.5mgs pw at the most. I am not a high converter. Do you think I will crash estrogen given I dont convert a lot?

Not sure brother. I know even with my limited mast experience that I would crash e2 even if I didn't touch an AI. I tried different dosages experimenting before. 500 mast 400 test. 400 mast 300 test. Etc. All of which gave me low e2 sides. My issue is low e2 sends my anxiety into overdrive otherwise it would be tolerable for X amount of time on a cut. I need 1:1 or slightly more test unfortunately. You might do great on it. I'd just use mast prop or a combination of enth 1:1 with test and then use mast prop so u can drop the dosage quicker if needed. I'll be experimenting again soon but with test and Primo 😀

If I did that it will crash for sure. You guys know I never use AI’s or recommend it.
Get blood work done and find out.
12.5 mg twice a week should be plenty if you must , but preWO assuming you hit the gym 5 times a week is a lot.

Running AI's in many cases is worse than running a conservative cycle to begin with. I've seen it countless times in bloodwork. Avoid them at all costs, hence why Primo is so valuable.

You can get that dense look by losing bodyfat. Period. Of course drugs help preserve the muscle in the process but they aren’t necessary. When you lose the intramuscular fat along with the subQ fat, thinning out the skin, you will look denser.
I converted a powerlifting buddy of mine to bodybuilding when he got sick of injuries. He looked nutty once all his thick muscle lost the intramuscular fat.

I forgot to mention he ended up competing at Middleweight, same as me back then. Motherfucker beat me at every show. At least he gave me a shout out from the winner’s circle. Lol!

I could see how pw and pwo could be confused so easily though.
