Density is something I've always struggled with. I am OK with my size, but I want my muscles to have that density and muscle maturity. I like a guy who is kind of big but looks hard as rock over the fluffy monster.
What AAS combo is the best for hardness/ density?
Is bodybuilding style lifting (if going until failure) going to be the best for density? I would think a mixture of higher weight lower reps and lower weight higher reps would be the best, but I'm not 100%.
Any information is appreciated.
