Killed my chest today at the gym. I did 6 sets of bench and ended it with a set of 135x25. 4 sets incline hammer machine, 4 sets decline bench, 4 sets decline and incline cable flies, 4 sets DB flies, 4 sets DB pullovers and a max set of dips. To say the least my chest was fatigued but I could have kept going with how strong I feel. Current weight is 207. Next two days will be rest and cheat days on the diet since I will be out of town with the wife with no kids. I have my Test Base and Viagra packed for the hotel room so it’s time to put some gear to real use haha. I would share pics but I’ve been married for 12 years and those big fake tits are all mine and I’m stingy about it at this point… 🤷🏻‍♂️. But I will definitely give a review of my experience when I’m back Tuesday haha!

Lol good deal. I take it pre work out and as you progress in sets it gives me a real keep pushing type of strength. I love it. I have taken it pre sex too you will love it. Great chest day too by the way 💪

Came back from my trip last night. The night in the hotel was fun. I took 100mg test base and 100mg viagra both from Farmaton before the wife and I went to dinner for about an hour and half. Came back all energetic and the wife decided to come out of the bathroom in red see through lace lingerie. Let’s just say I didn’t get much sleep and my wife has been saying her hips, abs and back are sore all day lol. Definitely a 10/10 pre sex cocktail for anyone who doesn’t have to be quiet or wake up early.

But I did wake up too the front desk calling saying someone smashed out my Explorer ST’s window and they stole my 200 coat and my wife’s 300 coat. And a few sweaters and random shit tweakers steal. Since I was in liberal ass Tacoma the police don’t respond to any call that is an imminent risk of bodily injury. I was told yo go online and fill out a report. So I drive 3 hours home with plastic over my window and paid to have it replaced today. Now I have to buy new coats for the wife and I. But what can ya do?

Dude my car was literally the in first parking spot in front of the office. You could see the whole car from the front desk. I think they just smashed it looking for anything my cars have limo tint on all the windows so it’s literally impossible to see inside of. I think some tweaker saw it or some hotel worker did me dirty.

Yeah for sure I talked to the manager and was like how did the desk clerk not see this he said the guy was in the restroom and came back and it was broken. No cameras either 🤔. It was a nice water front room too not cheap at all

So the last week has been a pain making it to the gym but I’ve been able to get in a few workouts. Today I did chest and got in a really good session. For PW I took 40mg dbol and 50mg Test Base about 45min before the gym. All my sets today I did high volume low weight.
My first set I did flat bench but I did 135lbs x 100 reps, then incline 135 x50, I did shoulder shrugs 225 x 100, decline flies 35lbs per arm 50 reps, waist high cable flies 17.5lbs per arm x 50. The entire workout took about 45 min. I was completely exhausted when I left but I had a huge chest pump. I am dreading waking up tomorrow already because I’m sure I’m gonna be sore as hell lol.
