Get Shredded!
This can be used for steak cut into cubes and fried or just as a marinade for your favorite cut of steak. We typically do sirloin or another cheaper cut and use it for meal prep! Today we swapped the beer for Ace pineapple cider and it turned out killer. A nice extra sweetness instead of the subtle hops from the beer.

Marinade:

1/2c beer (IPA or other flavorful ale, cider can be used also for a different flavor)
2tbsp lemon juice
1/3c soy sauce
2tbsp worchestershire sauce
2tbsp brown sugar
6 cloves fresh garlic -or- 2tbsp minced jarred garlic -or- 1tbsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp crushed red pepper flakes

3-4lbs lean beef, cubed into 1-1 1/2" cubes (Sirloin, round, coulotte, strip, flank, skirt)

Prepare meat into cubes and sprinkle with tenderizer if desired. If tenderized, let it sit for 20 minutes before putting it in the marinade.

Combine all marinade ingredients together in a large enough bowl. Whisk together until fully blended. Add meat to marinade and mix thoroughly until all meat is covered. Cover bowl and refrigerate for minimum of 6 hours, preferably longer, up to 24.

Remove beef from fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to allow meat to come to room temperature. Lightly spray large cast iron pan or skillet with oil. Cook beef in batches until cooked to preferred doneness, I go about medium. You may have to clean out your pan after two batches if it's a large quantity of meat.

Splenda or another zero calorie sweetener can be substituted for sugar per dietary requirements. You can even leave it out and it's still good, just doesn't have that hint of sweetness to it.
