Genuine question, not hating at all. On rows, why do you do a set of 10 and then into a set of 20 with the same weight? Is this a warm-up/pre exhaust set? Also, your squats vs ATG squats, what is the difference in your setup? Love the log by the way.
That was more so of a rest week so on rows I wasn't trying to go heavy. Regular squats are parallel, atg squats are ass to grass.

So far I've aet 2.5 lbs of steak, 8 more ounces to go. I only cooked a cup of white rice today, definitely need to up it to 2 cups tomorrow. Also ate a bowl of watermelon after working out earlier. Loads of salt on everything and I'm sure I probably drank around 1.5 gallons today. My metabolism is thru the roof eating like this every 3 hours, I'm burning up and hungry as fuck, the extra carbs and fructose are definitely helping. Going for a walk and then I'll probably put on a potato.

Do you experience digestive issues with all the steak, bloating, no shitting stuff like that? Just wondering, I get mad bloating with steak or other heavy meals like that. Keep grinding.
Same bro..a big ass steak give me digestive issues..I'm pretty regular but it does make me bloated.

I usually do steak night at my house..on Sat night
.Sunday feel bloated and don't use bathroom regularly..but it's heavy steak and potatoes..so good tho..

I don't think it's really the steak that gives you guys issues, it's probably gut issues to begin with, which makes it hard to digest fat if your gut isn't healthy. Just my two cents.

Most bodybuilding, again just my thoughts not dissing anyone, is riddled with bro science when it comes to nutrition. All the oats and grains and greens put a ton of stress on you with all the phytic acid. A little is okay, I eat a potato a day and it has phytic acid, but if I ate three or four a day I'd be fucking bloated to hell. There's a reason why I eat white rice and not brown rice.

.25cc of Test E and Primo E each today. 2 IU split into two doses morning and after workout. 1 25mg Proviron tablet.

2.5 lbs of steak again today. Bought more fruit, some kiwi, watermelon, and dragon fruit post workout. One more 8oz steak later tonight with some rice and a potato. Cooked 1.5 cups of worth of dried rice today, upping it to 2 cups tomorrow.

Right now just drinking 5g Leucine/BAA/EAA before, during, and after workout. Lots of salt and lots of water during the day. Missed my jump roping this morning, woke up a little late, but probably hit a run with friend tomorrow anyway. Feeling so much better on this diet. Schedule everything you do, if you don't plan you will fail.

peanut butter is the worst, that's a thing I don't understand at all, give me the shits, makes my skin oily and break out, obviously telling my body this shit is toxic, lol

make sure you're still getting clean animals fats. One thing people don't seem to understand is red meat is mostly monounsatured fat and bird meat is mostly omega 6, guess which one is better? I believe in nutrient density, everything I eat has it's purpose. Macros come second. The fruit allows fructose and potassium consumption, the white rice allows big carbs without bloating, red meat is the most nutrient dense food you can consume, and potatoes allow for immediate carbs and potassium post workout. I salt everything for adequate sodium intake. If cutting I would simply eliminate foods that are more fat heavy and low protein, such as eggs, butter, dairy products. They are helpful for nutrients but can be cut out for cutting. Red meat to me in necessary, it is the main substance in my diet, it's very protein heavy in comparison to the amount of fat. Next thing I would do is look at what carbs I would take out, again dairy products and liquids, and maybe cut back on rice as much as long as I'm getting a little with each meal.

I am cutting atm..so I do mostly eggwhites and whole egg or 2.jasmine rice sweet potato oats granola for carbs..ground turkey snd chicken mostly for protein I do eat beef too..but less often than others..fruit and veggies too.prob not enough but banana blueberries green beans broccoli

Started T4 dosing this morning with GH. JD tabs have split vertical and horizontal lines. Super easy to break with hands. Taking 25mcg dose twice a day for a total of 50mcg.

So far ate 8oz steak, rice, and fruit. Skipped morning jump rope because I'm going running this evening. About to cook second meal then off to the gym early today. Deadlift day.

Worked out with my friend this evening. I walked .87 miles in 20 minutes while she did a leg workout, then we did some stretching together for 30 minutes. Home now, I'm one meal behind today but I'll see if I can squeeze it in before bed. 1IU of GH and 25mcg of T4 just now and steak is cooking as usual.

you might have mentioned this but what kind of steak are you eating? Are you switching up the cuts or just buying 10lbs of the same thing at a time?

I usually buy a bunch at one time for the week. I generally eat leaner cuts like london broil or sirloin because overly fatty cuts can be rough. My cousin owns a farm also, so eventually I'll get a whole cow once I get a deep freezer back in my house.

This is eventually where I want my diet to be. Right now I'm keeping up with my 8oz of steak 6x a day and 2 cups (dried rice worth) a day. A few pieces of fruit with every meal. Hopefully by July I can get everything dialed in, and if I do, I'm going to start blasting again. Right now I'm just taking .3 of Test E/Primo E 3x a week (total 180mg Primo E, 225mg Test E a week). When I start going again I have an idea for what I want to do for the next blast.

Weekly Doses
Sustanon - 350mg
Tren Ace/Test Ace - 70mg
TNE - 280mg
Primobolan E - 420mg
Stenbolone Ace - 280mg
Proviron - 75mg (per day)
Turinabol/Anavar - 60mg (per day)

Diet - Meals

1/3 Cup White Rice (dried weight)
1 Boiled Egg
Liver (1 bite size)
