Starting my BPC-157/TB-500 lotions (Thanks to Gymnotic). I am rubbing this into my penile injury, alongside my serrapeptase/nattokinase supplementation that is supposed to help with scar tissue (and all the other supps I take).

I have used Heal lotion from Gym n Tonic with good results on my back. I need to pick some more up. I like your diet except liver hate that stuff. .lol. I'm going to followed your log also. Crush it brother!

Those chuckeye steaks aren’t half bad ! Took some to grill at the lake After marinating for Kabobs/Kebabs !! Mushrooms , Dutch baby gold potatoes , onions , peppers all on a stick ! Delicious

They were on sale or else I'd usually get London broil or sirloin. They are good but my stomach is not the same as it used to be. I might try putting them in a pot roast next time to see how that settles on my gut.

62.5mg Test E + 30mg of Mast P into the Lat.
Nailing in my diet now. Cooked 4 lbs of beef and ate it yesterday. Current diet is looking like 5 lbs of steak/ground beef and 12 eggs daily, that'll put me right around 6,000 calories. Simple and effective. I'd like to lean up a little bit but I might start adding some carbs in the form of white rice down the road.

Appetite is insane. Break over the weekend, lot of work. Back to it tomorrow. Might be adding rice and oj to my diet soon. Eating 5 lbs of beef and 12 eggs daily.

Probably gonna start adding white rice at the very least. I feel like I'm a little depleted being carb free. Especially since I'm gonna start upping the intensity soon. These workouts have been very light, going to planet fitness right now with a buddy. But I'm gonna start going hard powerlifting style soon at a different gym, so yeah gonna need some carbs.

Left shoulder is fucked, feels like my tendin around my rotator cuff is inflamed. Been like this for a while where my shoulder constantly pops in and out of place and clicks, but these really helped.

Just noticed I said 18 on my third set of leg presses, it was 8 reps, lol.
Took 80mg baby aspirin and 10mg cialis just now, off to eat a big meal with family/friends.

Was out all day with family/friends, but got a very light workout this morning, tendon on my right pec was on fire so I skipped pressing movements, but I still did this:

Diet was kind of off, but I'll be back on it tomorrow. Ate nachos, pasta, fish sandwich, fries, coffee milkshake, chicken wrap, and a little bit of ground beef I had. Tired, about to get some sleep and get back at it tomorrow.

Been a rough couple days as far as dieting, sometimes it's tough with work being on 12 hour shifts where you only have one lunch break. But I'm also quitting the ground beef, it is just waaay to messy and fustrating to deal with, plus most of it is just fat and oil. Yeah, 70% ground beef may be cheap but it's cheap for a reason. Switching back to steak starting tomorrow. Good thing is steak is more filling so I can cut back on the amount of quantity, will now be eating 3 lbs instead of 5 lbs of meat. But I'll also be implementing rice and oj for carbs.
