Good stuff.

EQ I see. I'm a fan. A lot of guys shit on it because it doesn't immediately throw a bunch of water weight and feels on you. It's good for a long off season 20-24 weeks. Just a slow burn 🔥 and then at the end you look at your starting pics and say "oh shit I put on some size."

That blood thickness and high hematocrit shit is user dependent and guys just repeat what they hear..u may or may not even get way out of range and high altitude living can also affect this, but like I said it different user to user, I never been crazy high and have ran 759-900 ..also I live below sea level and have honestly never saw my blood values even slightly elevated on any gear..so .Just keep eye on it.
My hemo never gets bad either that’s why I’m thinking about trying it out

Good to know. I'm just starting my journey with EQ.

I always ignored EQ because people talk about the blood thickening and anxiety. I've learned that almost everything people say about steroids is based on regurgitation. I'm guilty of thst myself. I feel great on EQ. Happy feeling and I'm hungry. Blood levels can be managed with proper hydration and big doses of nattokinase. I never have to donate myself.

All this broscience talk on EQ is beyond entertaining. Wish I had popcorn damn it. :)

I know you hate it, lol.
Don't get me wrong. If you don't get any blood thickening from eq, go for it, but, I mean..... that's part of the issue because of what it does to an extent.

Back in the early 2000's eq was an absolute must, especially in prep. Every coach I've used has always suggested it other then one. I think that since getting blood work is more common now, and the number of heart related deaths that we've seen, is a big reason in why

I've ran it multiple times. I've ran low doses and extremely high doses with varying results.

Besides the hematocrit issue, honestly my biggest hang up is I can't notice it unless I am at monster doses which is expensive and lots of oil volume.

I don't want to have to run a gram of eq to notice it working when I can use 300mg of Deca or npp and see the same thing.

Now if you're sensitive to 19 nors, and you've tried to get e2 and prolactin in line with corresponding bloodwork results with no luck, I guess?

I dunno. I haven't uses dhb but, I would probably try that before running eq again if I could find any that's not painful

Iron Lion sending me some DHB, so we will see. :)
I originally wanted DHB, but wasn't available at the time, so I settled for EQ. Figured might as well give it a run.

Been dealing with some left shoulder pain, not even lifting related. Had to bring the intensity down on pressing, just pumped out some reps. Couldn't even do dips and push-ups, had to do them assisted. Also, my conditioning needs to come up with my strength.
Haven't really been consistent with my BPC, but hopefully some direct shots to the shoulder will help.
Hopefully can get in my 5 days this week. Trying to get the consistency in there. Gonna start getting the lifting done in the AM.

So what's wrong with the shoulder? General pain or something specific

Sleeping on my side on shoulders cause a lot of pain but lifting doesn't really bother them 🤷🤔🤔.
Shoulder is a complicated joint.
That's initially what caused the issues years ago. I slept in my car with my ex for nearly a year on my left shoulder. I'm 6' and she was 5'3". Fucking bitch.
Acting up last few weeks but usually not a huge issue.

Have you gotten it looked at by an orthopedic or sports medicine Dr.?

Not yet.

Late night workout. Didn't expect to do much, but ended up getting some work in, that always feels good. Only thing I wasn't able to do was pull ups because of the shoulder.

If you have health insurance it might be a good idea and identify exactly what's wrong. Sometimes it's as simple as adding some PT strengthening movements or at worst to see if there are any tears, strains, etc.

Injectable superdrol is the shit, lmao. Was pacing back and forth like a madman. I could definitely feel it. Finally after months of rehab, it feels good to squat again without pain. First time I was able to hit a double at 315 with ease. Also, shoulder feels a little better today, I was able to pump out some pull ups. This next week is definitely gonna be more structured, my original 5 day split as intended.

Had my heart up and was, huffing and puffing, sweating. Felt good to actually work with some intensity for once.

Oh shit I didn't notice but your flexing you and in the profile pic! Dude you have come a long way since you first came here. Bravo and stand up applause 💪🙌

I dealt with shoulder pain off and on for years. Fortunately, I figured it out, unlike my knee.

It was a combination of things, the biggest one I believe was just overall shoulder mobility and tightness.

I've still got terrible mobility, but it's greatly improved with 2 things -

Band over and backs any time I train upper body. I usually do 5 or 6 rounds of twenty during my warm up and, my warm-up is just that, warming up. No where remotely near a heavy load. These are huge, IMO. Gotta keep the band as close to your body as possible and go as far down in the back as you can. The ROM will get better as you progress through the warm up and over time of just doing them. When you get really good mobility, they can be done with a broom stick, but that shit hurts, and I'm just not flexible enough.

If I'm on push day, I'll do a cable fly with about a third of my working weight for 4 sets of 15 usually. Really just letting the stretch open everything up and making sure my delts aren't moving the weight.

After the fly set, I'll get my lacrosse ball and put it between me and a wall and mash the chest, front, medial, and rear delt. Probably 30 seconds on each side, progressively using more pressure the more I'm warm. The last 2 rounds of this are pretty painful.

Over and back to fly to mash 4 times, then just an all-out over and back until it burns too much.

Generally, chronic shoulder issues, especially front, are from bad form, but weak or tight rear delts can also cause the issue. Knee bone connected to the leg bone stuff. Just like ankle mobility causing knee or hip issues.

Probably need to get an mri and for sure stop training anything that might involve the delt. Split your leg training into 2 days, use the upper days to only do pt, abs and calves. You get the idea.

Thanks for the in-depth explanation. Yeah, I do the banded circles you are talking about and that is hands down the best thing for shoulder rehab. Although, I need to be more consistent with it. I usually just do one set before working out on my pressing days. I should do more volume like you said, and actually do a good 5 sets of them before every workout. Appreciate the feedback.
