Comments: Tried the 40's on Arnold Press for Sh*** & Giggles. I did them pretty well. Left shoulder was obviously weaker. 40's are out there waiting for me to get a little stronger. I remember not being able to move 35's from start position. Military @ 115 is stronger! So pleased. Steady progress.
