Pull session today was solid. Making small improvements still. Cardio was actually a breeze today for the 45 minutes as some guy came up next to me so we chatted for a large portion of it.

Sleep usually is never an issue for me unless I’m stressed but last night was some of the best sleep I have had since I got sick a week ago. Seems like all of that crap has finally left my system and allowed me to get back to the norm.

Check in complete. VERY happy with results this week as things are really coming together better than I expect. Lost another pound and a half this week. 💪

Cardio complete. Ready to enjoy the rest of the off day and meal prep for the weekend
 
quad based leg day went down today. Overall it was a solid workout. Few exercises went up a few went down a little bit but it’s what I am expecting at this point.

Had to switch up the order a little today as a man was reading the newspaper on the leg press. Did hack squats first today and really benefited from the change as I’m really getting used to the new machine.

I honestly hope I get more claims of it. It’s started locally with two of the “coaches” I spoke to and it’s the biggest compliment ever. Recently, it’s really helped me during cardio to push through when I’m just not mentally wanting to do it.

When I compete in one of the natural divisions I know they do polygraph from what I have read so that will be my ultimate time to really prove everything. 💪

I have to admit this is the first workout that I felt like I didn’t truly improve in something and that was very difficult for me. As I said in this morning's email. The fact that it took 50lbs of weight loss for you to start dipping a bit on your lifts is why your transformation is so impressive. You were basically recomping while losing all that weight. Losing strength in such a cut is inevitable and unfortunately, we can't defy the laws of physics. Now we hold on to that muscle controlling fatigue and manipulating volume.

Hope this helps some of you following if you are in a similar spot. Weights are just a tool, not the focus of our body comp.
 
Solid pull day overall. Numbers went down a little bit on most things but I was able to maintain on a few exercises.

Cardio kicked my butt today as I was soaked after it as much as I wanted to not do 45 minutes on stair master I kept reminding myself of the results I will achieve.

Awesome leg day. Had a buddy join me that competes in men’s physique and went through my leg day and he almost died 😂. Definitely helped push me to get even better reps when I see him right there with me.

I’m usually by myself but it’s definitely a nice change of pace!

Now I just have to see if I can talk him into a few more days a week especially on those days I have to do stair master.
 
Had my friend with me again this morning which is really helping me push myself. Reps stayed where they were at for the most part and having someone there watching me definitely brings me to another level of not wanting to miss my reps.

Cardio was smooth today but post cardio legs are definitely tired.

Workout was easy today compared to cardio. HIT is killer. Hamstrings are exhausted after that session.

I’m maintaining but definitely found another level of intensity to be able to maintain numbers during workout.

hack squats and HIT literally make me question my decisions during the moment. After making it through those two things I literally wonder if I’m related to Superman though 😂

Down another pound this week! My body feels good overall just delts tired and hamstrings are feeling all of the cardio but nothing crazy.

Just sent check in over and we will see what feedback we receive this week.

Going to do cardio now and then going to enjoy the weekend doing a honey do list.

lol I am just the most anti social person in the world while I’m at the gym. It’s the one time of day I don’t want to talk to people so I can focus on clearing my head with the workout.

It’s funny though because every other part of my life I’m very social.

Plus I really like getting it done. I can’t imagine trying to do legs at night and looking forward to that all day 😂
