Well I did a little something different tonight and took the boykinben82 challenge! I threw up 135 100times and it felt great. Last few were tough on the triceps. I enjoyed it though. Did military presses til failure as well and incorporated legs too. Purty good workout tonight

Oh it is. Man really the only sides I am dealing with besides a little BP is acne on my back. I hate it but oh well

Yeah I was getting that then i think @rdm told me to use gold bar dial soap and after about a month of using it my acne is almost all gone.

Dial is antibacterial so it kills the acne. And it’s cheap as shit lol

Irish Spring is the worst. It dries you out too much.

Trust me you'll notice the difference after using the Dial Gold bar. It's also stupid cheap.

It’s getting cold in TN. I moved my gym from back porch to the insulated garage. Beyond that I had a pretty relaxing weekend. Probably going to eat like a fat cow this week 😉

You beat me because you still have a young 2 year old lol. But I have a 12 year old and a 10 year old with a 20 year old in her 3rd year of college. The 20 year old has always had a good head on her shoulders and it’s just been within this last year she’s become more independent so that’s been a financial relief lol. But my son who’s 10 really acts like he’s 5 lol. And my 12 year old acts like she’s 16 😂

All great kids and I hope at least one of them remembers who raised them and took care of them… help an old man out in the later years 😁

Great to hear my friend. It sounds like you have a great family it sounds like you’re a great dad. Being a dad is not easy by any stretch of the means really it means putting yourself last while putting others first and that’s a sacrifice that we all make. But totally worth it and I wouldn’t take it back for anything in the world. Good luck with the kiddos
