I feel the same way, my log is lacking but it's something lol. Will try to make mine more interesting as we go along. ASF doesn't have as much members and posts as PM but I do like the brotherhood feeling from this board. You're doing good man get those gains! I wish I could push the mass up but I've decided not to push the weight up. You'll be 260 by the end of this just keep eating

Only board I visit now to be honest. Other boards felt like it was all just reviews and gear. Members here look out for each other and legitimately care about each others well being beyond their physique.

Got a great workout in lastinght and this morning before work. Trying to start getting 2 a days in. Just can’t find my groove yet. I will get there. Finally got my protein in . went 3 days without. Started taking my creatine post workout too. Feeling good. Think I am going to add some sarms to this. Working on that good mass. It’s finally Friday!!!!! 💪

Fixing to hit chest/ shoulders. Just got through pinning. Everything is going good as far as my health. I feel great . I wish I could eat more. I weighed in at 250 a couple days ago and today I was 248 . I guess I will fluctuate a little. Very strong I could definitely go up but I want to gradually so I don’t wear out my shoulders or get injured. I am getting pretty old 😉
