No such thing as too many carbs while bulking unless it's sugarI shit almost every time I eat while bulking. I've only eaten 3x today so far but have shit 3x. When you're putting pounds of food through your body day in and day out it has to go some where
You can easily bulk without carbs.
You will still shit but not as much as a high carb diet.

Part of my problem is I am a compulsive wiper. If I see ine fleck of poo I will keep wiping till roll is darn near gone. Wet wipes are goid idea for me.
I hate racing stripes too! A little amodium helps a ton. Not to much just enough to harden you dung a bit. If you go that route make sure to drink plenty of water. Amodium is an opiate so it will dry your bunghole out. If you dose it right no more racing stripes! And a huge savings on TP!
