Chest day bois and grlz!
So I was super pumped after missing the last 3 days for the holidays and had a great session.
Flat bench 135 x 15
185 x 12 225 x8 x 3
Incline 135 x 10 155x8x3
Flat dumbell press
12x4
Incline flies 10x4
Cable crossover high mid low 10x4
Iso chest press 10x5
Pec deck 10x4
Was wore fucking out.!!
Did forward shrugs Smith machine 2 plates then 3 plates 10x3
Behind the back 10x3
Then dumbell shrugs to finish it off...
I feel good I was wore out but I guess got a second wind when I got to the house.. I feel good. I'm stoked for arms cause these puny little fucking things are making me sad.. No pump looking thangz... Anyways tomorrow is arms and obviously the best say besides deadlift s!

For the record my biceps are having some insane pumps right now. I can't even wash my ass.. For real... They are hot and red also just blood flow like crazy.

Arm day bois and grlz.. Damn bicep might pop. I'm a little sad that I'm still only up a couple pounds but geez it's only been.. What 10 days or so. I guess I should relax. The low test is a noticeable difference as I don't have that on" feeling. Still getting stronger but very little aromitization and I like that. I may up my test to 150 eod. See if I get that euphoria. I just decided to throw a new twist on the cycle. When the Tbol is done. I'm going to some dbol to see if I can maximize gains.. Since Tbol is relatively mild. Anyways cheers

Shoulders was killer.. I just love doing overhead press with what the guy next to me is benching lol.. Im I'm an ass hole so what. I'm in the zone!
Felt good. Went heavy and did more sets then normal.. I think my gear is starting to shine!

Been really lethargic but it's gotta be from all the food. And works kicking my ass

Anyways meal 5 and last meal off the night... Mostly a snack.. Eggs!

What weight are you overhead pressing?
205 x 3. Ya it's not a crazy amount but they guy next to me kept giving me eyes like he wanted to tell me how much better he was.. Idk like I said.. I was in a zone

I'm so ready to be off and do legs but I can't cause OT tomorrow which means I'm gonna have to do it tomorrow afternoon which means I'll be handicap for the rest of the day and a Saturday is wasted.. I think I'll just do back instead.. Anyone else have these internal conversations?

Took the weekend off. Birthday party for some kiddos in the family bam.. I cheated like a mofo... Cake and cookies and all kinda shiznit.. But I feel good and am ready to get back into it,!

Damn im just not hungry today.. Food sounds terrible.. Guys I need some high calorie snacks that are easy on the wallet and can be packed in a lunch! Any new ideas out there

Yesterday was a great chest day.. Problem is.. I got some kinda stomach flu.. It's not to bad but enough where my shit hurts all over.. So everything gets pushed back a day.. On the good side.. Weights moving up as long as I can keep it down.. Up 2 pounds so that's definitely a plus

Getting sick mid cycles blows goats.

You might take extra time off but, you dont get the full benefit because your body is fighting off the bullshit sickness.

2nd day back in the gym after being sick. I have always done. Monday chest/traps . Tuesday bis tris. Wednesday shoulders Thursday back sat legs...
So I wanted to try something new..
I did chest and tris.. Lord,! The pump was insane. Even the wife was like you look like your gonna pop. But today did back and bis. No Bueno. I was way to wore out.. Back was fine but the bis had nothing so Idk I may split the 2 with shoulder day in the middle.. Going good.. Weights going up steady and fat is melting so I'm happy
