So I personally never took to the artificial sweetners...from saccharine to aspartame. I always found they all never satisfied and they all leave a shitty aftertaste. Studies have begun to link them to health issues from sugar regulation issues to cardiovascular concerns. The latest study is indicating a possible link to Aspartame to anxiety...couple this with pre-existing mental issues, side effects of certain "gear" and the perpetual pursuit of low carb anything...and it's a potential recipe for disaster!
