I've been lowering my dose because I was having sensitive/puffy nipples. I'm extremely lean and in great shape. My lower dose 3x/week has unfortunately murdered my libido and energy. I was wondering if any of you have had good luck taking micro doses of Arimidex post injection. I certainly aromatize way more than most people with my bf %.

I know this has been beaten to death but opinions change and everyones body is so cot dayum different. I want to get back to my normal dose and plan on micro dosing the AI. No I haven't had bloods in a while, I live in the middle of the mountains with a 1 year old and literally have no free time. My doc is extremely far away.

Any input is appreciated.

No idea if you don't have bloodwork.

I typically suggest taking the ai at whatever dose you split it into the day after injection when e2 is starting to hit its peak.

Smaller doses though the week won't matter much imo

You can do that. Why not add in some Mast, Primo, or EQ? That should take care of the issue and negate the need for an A.I.

Have you considered getting a TNE from one of our sources to give you a short term test boost without raising levels too much for doctors bookwork results? JMO

Puffy nipples first sign, get yourself some mast or arimidex and that will take it right away don’t waste your money on a doctor
