Thank you for spreading the word about aromasin. It doesn't make me feel like shit like other AI's and I can basically take it every day without crashing my estrogen.

I’ll be honest with you. I never use AI’s unless I get gyno. I stick to masteron usually but currently I’m using proviron. The last time I got gyno was 6 years ago I loaded up on Aromasin. I took at least 25mg daily for 10 days. It completely got rid of the issue. My joints ached for a week after but quickly returned to normal.
This is what google says:
The recommended dosage of Aromasin is the same for all its approved uses. The dosage is 25 mg once per day after a meal.

But for bodybuilding it varies. I think AI’s are way over used. Masteron enan is my go to.

Aromasin is definitely overdosed. Platinum has great gear but for this reason is why I prefer tabs when it comes to aromasin. 6.25mg a day and I have no issues with low e2.

The filler in all Platinum capsules is glutamine. If I want to lower the dose I’ll open the capsule and divide the powder into 1/2 or 1/4. The contents of the capsule should be evenly dispersed just like in a tablet as far as I know.

That's what I was thinking of doing, just opening the cap and splitting it up into quarters every day. Could just drop some in a teaspoon and wash it down with some water.

I actually like that Platinum does use capsules though. It makes the powder much purer, so you actually know what you're getting. Some tablets I've gotten from sources have given me bad sides; I think from using bad fillers.

I do think aromasin is very different from arimidex and letrozole though. It's the only AI I will use. It's technically a steroid, much harder to crash your e2 on it. I love proviron too!

You are correct. That's why I don't use a pill press. I make capsules. And I don't use baking soda or powder because it will alter your PH enough they it can slow down the absorption rate . This is why nearly all antibiotics are also capsules. It's about the body actually absorbing the hormone. And my IFBB guys . They open the caps and put in a tablespoon. And I'll never make liquid orals because it doesn't seem professional to me . I want to look like a pharm grade company. After all the bags are transitioned. I'll be doing one more cosmetic upgrade that I don't want to post . Because I don't want other sponsors to do what I'm doing next . And I will be adding Primo E and Superdrol to the list by mid summer . Have a great day ASF fam!!

ASF always remember. JJ has trophies ! He's won bodybuilding shows ! A lot of the things he posts. Maybe make a mental note .
