A lot of the big guys still don’t come off or even cruise. My old coach/friend advised me to just switch compounds every 4-6 weeks. Awhile back I told him I wanted to cruise to get my bloods good, and he told me to just switch drugs and keep doses high. He never drops his dose of test below 500 and always runs other compounds year round. He’s an older dude who knows a lot of the legends.
I didn’t listen. I believe dropping the doses from time to time is absolutely crucial for your health and longevity. I cruise on 200 test with no other compounds.
For sure. I’m lucky because I got(and still get) to see guys from my Grandpa and Fathers time and how and what they did through their lives and how they adjusted throughout their life. Some obviously are gone but , there are many from 49-70 that have 40, 30, 20 years of use and they are still going (usually test/gh and some TRT w Primo or Deca w hgh , plus all their regular medicines (most on statins , BP/HR Meds , supps.
If your a pro competitor and you want to actually Win Major Contests in Bodybuilding, short breaks are necessary but I never met one that stopped everything . Most would just drop to low TRT/GH and still would implement PCT meds. Some would be surprised at the art of
(site injecting ) HA, or Synthol, other fillers and how much is injected before an Arnold or Olympia Show. I haven’t and won’t but, it is amazing how & what it can do (not saying it’s good or bad). I saw how they did six points just on the bicep alone. It completely looked like years of work almost immediately.
