Yooo does anyone else have a problem with never being hungry? If so what do y’all do bout it ? N please don’t say man up n force my self to eat 🤣

If you have a good hematocrit take 150-200mg Boldenone Undecylenate every 14 days

Or mk677 / ibutamoren 10-12.5mg first week and up to 25mg if your tolerate this (some people report high BP on it)

Try to find where come from your low appetit, sometime it's the liver, give a blood work and check your value, if it's yourliver milk thistle with/ Liv52 help a lot and stop the oral AAS (if your take one)

Im telling you bro. When my liver is strained I have zero appetite. If you are still in PA go and get bloods with the link I sent you before you go back to NI

I'm assuming you're not eating like an idiot (foods that cause indigestion/GI upset etc). If you are, nothing will help.

10 minute walks after every meal, a small orange right after each meal, shots of OJ throughout the day, cardio.

1 hour after eating a meal, I have 1 piece of candy (mike & ike, whoppers, anything) and it leaves me starving for the next meal. Don't eat more candy though, just wait for the next meal.

Also, pushing my vegetable intake till later in the day helps a lot. I've found I can pound steak, chicken rice etc but once I throw in spinach I start getting full and not wanting to eat so I save it for bed.

I have a very low appetite naturally and high energy expenditure. I try to do everything to cram food 24/7 lol

I have Insane appetite, I don't do orals,usually or anything that will surpress it..I can be hurting full and hungry at same time,I keep a nice rotation of foods,I could never eat chicken and rice every meal,

Its not a problem its a blessing. I don't eat much at all. I recall while on NPP I was hungry more often.

My appetite has been insanely large all my life. Probally why I was a fat kid. I don't do orals very often. So im hungry before my next meal and I eat 5-6 meals a day.

Didn't you say you eat nothing but junk food and take out? Nothing kills me l my appetite like take out.
Yea, but after I drink a pre and lift I’m nauseous and can’t eat for hours

Yea pwo seem to do that,I don't takem anymore,after your workout down a shake if you can or just have to wait it out let cns settle

I hate food. I hate it all. If It was my choice I'd eat once a day. I force every meal down. It's all the same shit. Just do it big boy. It'll pay off.


Give self a little motivation. Be real. I mean, why even Shoot gear? Why even workout. If you can't get the food down your missing out on everything. Say fuck you body lol

I have to agree with eating my first meal early in the day. I try to eat as soon as I get out of bed. It seems to fire up my metabolism and maintain protein synthesis. Makes it easier to get my meals in the rest of the day and I don't seem as full throughout the day. On the days I haven't eaten early (got busy at work, etc.) I notice I have a harder time eating my full daily intake, like playing catchup but never catching up, I hope that makes sense 😅 🙏.
