I tried Kiefer..can't fucking do it..Nope.
But,this taste great..
"GoodBelly" Probiotics...

It's been helping my digestion..
And..I've been really putting some food down..
This sadly is the first time I've really gotten my Nutrition on point..and my Recovery Protocols are damn great..
Huge difference..

Anyway..this stuff is tasty and works good..

Now that was killer..

GoodBelly comes in quart containers..not sure how much..I'm laying down some bucks to eat clean..
But the pay off is worth it..

Lol . I shit you not . Im eating steel cut oats soaked in organic peach Kefir right now ! Lol

Try the DanActive or Chobani (even the kids like those ones ) they aren’t kefir but they have a lot of the qualities . I also started 100% Aloe Vera drink again (helps stomach /gi tract /skin ) but it makes me feel more hydrated and not so dry (especially in summers)

I always have kefir and yogurt in the fridge. I stick with vanilla bean and blueberry. sometimes the raspberry, strawberry and peach upset my stomach.

Olive my pickle has some good stuff @zionoir626 for a little variety. I get the tumeric pickle juice, cucumber kimchi, and olive muffalata. Maybe worth checking out. My wife also whips up fermented foods, not sure if you have a local farmer's market but someone there might do the same. Shredded carrots and golden beets fermented are like candy, so damn good and that's coming from someone that hate's beets.

Nope, just Kefir with Blueberries, Kale, and water blended up with a little stevia for sweetness. Yum and it is supposed to get rid of fatty liver according to Dr. Berg.

This is in my fridge ED.

3/4 cup McCanns Irish Steel cut oats
8oz Kefir
1 cup frozen berries

No cooking, just pour into flat bottom bowl , dump the oats in , pour 8oz -10oz Kefir or Greek/Icelandic Yogurt thinned out over the oats to cover , add frozen berries and cover w plastic . I make it before bed and it’s ready to eat the next day (it’s good for up to 4 days) but I eat it once per day as part of my diet .

You can add any fresh fruit or granola, Seeds/nuts, right before you eat it . Delicious!

Pancreatin comes in tablet form and is essential for digestion. Go to PipingRock.com. Cheap and effective. I use probiotic capsules as well.
